My wife bought a pair of maternal pants for $20.000 but after a few weeks the seams started to come apart. We took them back to the store to complain and after a long discussion the shop assistent took them for review. She claimed that they had been dried in a dryer and therefore were worn but that she would send them back to the factory for review. The pants had never been in a dryer and the wear couldn't be caused solely by a dryer anyway. Only by poor quality. We contacted the shop by phone several times and my wife's sister went physically to the store several times throughout a month but there was no development in our complaint. Eventually, after almost 2 months, we went back to the shop. As it turned out the pants had never left the shop for the promised factory review.Innata, you belong to Patronato alongside the $2000 clothes shops. Your customer service and product line up is a joke!!
