We really enjoyed our time at Huara Spanish School, Katterina and Alexia were both very inspiring and good at what they do. They adjust the lessons to your level and also let you experience cultural interactions with the locals. A unique and creative way of teaching the language and getting to know the country! If you are searching a reliable school to learn Spanish or English, “Huara Spanish School” is the right place. I studied 2 months in this great academy, and I had a wonderful experience, learning different topics about English language, specially speaking. I met nice people that I am super happy to have been able to meet. The classes are very dynamics, because you can study the theory and practicing it with entertaining games. Katterina is a friendly, efficient, and supportive teacher, encouraging every student to participate in discussions and activities thereby making the entire process a fun. I am so grateful to her. I recommend this centre learning because have been one of my best adventures in my life.

Where to begin? What Katterina offers through Huara Spanish School is so much more than just a language course! I feel so grateful to have been lovingly welcomed to Pichilemu by Katterina and her wonderful family for 3 weeks. When COVID altered my travel plans, Katterina was flexible and adjusted the dates and time for my classes. She individualized my lessons based on my prior level of Spanish speaking and focused on areas that would be most helpful to me in my work as a nurse taking care of Spanish speaking patients. She helped me find a deeper understanding of Chile's rich culture, indigenous teachings, and day to day life both in and out of the classroom. It was wonderful to learn Chilenismos" and practice conversation at the local market

I took two weeks of Spanish lessons and would definitely recommend! The lessons included interesting activities like visiting the market square, culture centre and the local museum. The quality of teaching was really good and the service was very helpful and super friendly! Good experience overall and would love to come back to take an advanced course

I had the most incredible time during my stay with Huara Spanish School. Not only do you develop a good grasp on the language but also gain deep insights into the culture, the country and the people of Chile. Katterina is a wonderful and vibrant hostess and I am thankful for the time we shared in Pichilemu. I left with new friends, great memories and a passion for Español! If you want to learn Spañish, and have fun at the same time, then this is the place for you.

What shall I say?!?! Learning Spanish at Huara was just an amazing experience in so many ways. The approach of classes is communication-orientated what helped me so much to get going speaking Spanish also outside of classes. So it's a true game changer for our journey through South America. Katterina is a great teacher adjusting easily to the different needs of her students. ...I don't wanna forget mentioning that besides her teaching skills, she's a wonderful, warm person who goes out of her way to provide an unforgettable time to her students - not only within lessons! I also enjoyed our weekly field day during which we learned about Chilean culture and could immerse in the local community. Couldn't be more grateful for my time in Pichilemu, the people I met at Huara and all the fun we had. Thanks a million Katterina!!!!

We had an amazing 4 weeks at Huara. Katarina and Micheal were excellent professors. We had been studying Spanish on our own for approximately 1 year before coming. We learned more in 4 weeks with Huara than 1 year on our own. We really enjoyed the relaxed and fun environment. It never felt like a chore to go to class. We were excited each day. Highly recommend.

Huara Spanish School was the perfect start for our travel adventure in south america. The teacher, Katterina, is a very kind and helpful person and reacts on your learning speed. She also cares about your stay in Pichilemu, helps you organize cooking, surfing or salsa clases.In addition she takes you to local markets and museums to practice spanish and increase your speaking and listening skills. Total recommendation for all levels of spanish speakers! I would always go there again!

I had a great week at the Huara Spanish School and would really recommend it. Katterina provided a good environment for learning Spanish and the small class meant there was provided lots of opportunity to practice. You also learn about Chile / the surrounding area and history and one day went out into Pichilemu to learn more about the town and its origins.

If I could give this place all of the stars in the sky I would. I would recommend this school to anyone who not only wants to learn about the language but about the culture and people of Chile as well. An experience I will never forget. Met friends I am so happy to have been able to meet. Katterina is an extraordinary women. You’ll often think “how does she do it all??” I am so grateful to have met her.
