I've seen Joanna a few years ago on a friends recommendation and again recently. Both times I found her to be really helpful. I never thought I could be hypnotised so was a bit cynical, I was totally wrong, I could be hypnotised quite easily as it turned out and can now manage self hypnosis. There is certainly no time wasted in her sessions, she gets straight to the core of why you are there and then works on strategies with you. Definitely someone I would recommend.
