Transpaine Rentacar

We rented an automatic SUV from Transpaine and Sergio was absolutely AMAZING. He was very responsive to any question we had both via email and WhatsApp and he met us at the airport to pick up and drop off the vehicle. The car was safe and clean and Sergio made sure we were well prepared for our adventure. We were especially grateful for him organizing the appropriate papers to cross the Chile/Argentina border. We would definitely recommend this company to other travelers!

Just got back from Chile and spent a few days in Patagonia. Rented a car from Sergio at Transpaine and it was an excellent experience. Met Sergio at Punta Arenas airport when I landed, spent a few mins signing the paperwork and drove off in an automatic Suzuki 4WD. Did not have any issues, the car worked fine in TDP and then dropped the car off at Punta Arenas airport where Sergio met me to collect the keys. The price for the vehicle was great, about $380 for 5 days for an automatic SUV which is much lower compared to all the other major rental car companies that have horrendous reviews. Highly recommend Transpaine and Sergio when renting in Patagonia.

Tout était parfait , Sergio est venu nous chercher à l'aeroport .Il avait prévu tout les papiers pour la traversé de la frontière argentine, les lieux de ravitaillement en essence etc très utiles pour la Patagonie! Il accepte le payement en cash pu transfert wise ce qui est très utile quand la carte de débit française n'est pas accépté au Chili. Tout était parfait , nous sommes allés jusqu'à Ushuaïa! We really loved our trip with the campervan: Freddy the Caddy. We took it from Punta Arenas to Bariloche in 4 weeks. The engine was very reliable and it works perfect for any given road. Everything we needed was there, table, chairs, kitchenware etc. Next to that, the communication with Sergio was great. He is very friendly and willing to help. We recommend it highly!

We had a great time cruising around for two weeks in our Volkwagon Caddy rental from Sergio's company Transpaine Rentacar. I was nervous at first because I only began to search for a rental about a month and a half ahead of my trip but Transpaine came through! We got the car in Punta Arenas and returned it in the same spot. I'm glad Sergio was able to communicate on Whatsapp while he was traveling to service his fleet of rentals and was able to answer all my questions.The van was a great value and had all the things we needed for a comfortable and safe journey. Cooking utensils, mattress, bedding, pillows, even a bluetooth radio!Highly recommend Transpaine.

Sergio (owner) offers amazing service. He met us at the airport, was extremely thorough in running us through the car and gave us a free upgrade. He took the time to run us through getting across the border into Argentina and back again.The car was a Renault Duster 4x4 which was in good condition.We did have an unforeseeable issue with the car (leaking brake fluid) which Sergio resolved by driving hours to Torres Del Paine to swap the vehicle over the very next morning.He met us at the airport to collect the car and once again was lovely. Would recommend.

We rented an Automatic SUV from Transpaine in 2020. We drove down to Ushuaia and back up to Torres Del Paine for a span of like 10 days. Working with Sergio and the team was amazing- great communication, briefed us about the car and the places we’ll visit along the way. I did my research on rental companies and am so glad we gave our business to Sergio. Two things the company did was prepare us for the boarder crossing and knew that if ever we were in car trouble, Sergio would not let us down (read the other reviews.) We had a car issue at Torres Del Paine ( the roads aren’t the best-strongly suggest getting an SUV), and he drove 4 hours just to repair the car. He’ll take care of you beginning to start. So thankful for that!

Sergio a été réactif et disponible après un petit déconvenue de dernière minute concernant la location d’un van dans une autre compagnie. Van tout neuf, très propre et surtout bien équipé. Nous avons pu voyager sans problème sur la carretera australe avec ! Encore merci !Pauline et Charles

Very positive experience. Sergio is simply great. He came to the bus station with the car and to the hostal for returning it. Very good value for your money.

The communication with Sergio was great. Always very friendly and he answered very quickly and helped with any question! We were super satisfied. Also with our camper everything was perfect, we got everything necessary and Sergio gave us some tips regarding excursions on the way. Also when we returned the vehicle everything went smoothly and very friendly. We can really recommend it!
