Restaurante los coigues 'jechef'
Had a really lovely evening in this restaurant. The seafood (had the salmon with oriental spices and a mixed sea food plate with muscles, calamari, crab, salmon and scallops) was exceptional and please try their pisco sour! We got to know the chef, Hugo, and his girlfriend who are incredible friendly people and very interesting talk to. Full recommendation to go to this restaurant. Big Hugs to Nala :-)

Food for Gods! The most delicious cuisine my husband and I ever enjoyed. We visited twice and both times the chef out did himself. My husband enjoyed their Calafate Sour and I enjoyed their house Chilean wine. The place is small which makes it an intimate experience. His staff is attentive and welcoming. The chef is a Blues lover. Thus, while you enjoy each exquisite bite you will emerge yourself in the depth of soulful explosion of flavors.Please, do yourself a favor and stop at this establishment. You will not regret it.

Had the best surf and turf meal of a lifetime. Ordered the Ceviche Tropical and the meat & seafood platter (not sure the name?), but the head chef suggested it. Two dishes were enough for 3.5 people. We each ended paying roughly $35-40 US dollars for the meal, but we’ll worth it. It would’ve cost $100+ in the US. Can’t recommend this place enough! Such a cute, kind family running the restaurant.

We absolutely loved it here. The chef and owner was very friendly and recommended some food for us based on what we like. All cooked super fresh and delicious. Even suggested some wine pairing! Warm family ran restaurant, maybe a bit underrated

Fue una grata sorpresa poder comer en este lugar. No solo la atención fue muy buena, la comida fue toda una experiencia, desde la presentación hasta el sabor. Uno de los mejores ceviches que he podido disfrutar. Vayan sin pensarlo. Especial reconocimiento a Hugo, chef venezolano que emigró desde hace unos años, junto con su pareja, ha he hecho notarse y lograr una comida digna de volver a repetir.

Increíble y fantástica gastronimia una explosión de sabores embargan tu boca con cada una las porciones. Un lugar atendidos por sus propios dueños aportando toda su experiencia para sus comensales en cada plato un sello personal acompañado de una atención ejemplar que te hacen sentir muy bien.Un gusto espero que sigan mucho tiempo más.

The Oriental salmon here is the best salmon I've ever had. The ceviche was large and tasty too. My friends had the large meat and seafood platter and loved it. Highly recommend this place for high quality food. Perfect place to eat at after a long hike.
