Japo Boulder

I had a great time at Japo Boulder, its a friendly and simple bouldering wall. Forget fancy grading systems and color codes. The locals will show you the routes and you can make up your own.It's set in a shed behind a suburban house, so don't be put off if it seems like google maps is taking you into a residential area.They have a selection of old climbing shoes you can rent. And chalk pots you can borrow. Plus a warm fire to keep you warm. Take cash or pay via paypal, and your bring your own water bottle.

Great bouldering gym! Variety of angles, some fun corners, and gym equipment (bars, bands, some weights). Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, lovely community.

It's a super fun facility. I visited during my few days of stay in Punta Arenas and I had a great time. The owners and all the climbers I met here were super welcoming and friendly. We shared mate and climbed together for a few hours. It's all spray walls, which makes it super fun to climb with other folks. There's also a good training section as well if you want to work on hangboards or campus boards. It's also equipped with lots of other gym workout equipments. I'd definitely recommend this to any climber living or passing through punta arenas or anyone who wants to try out climbing.

Really welcoming and supportive bouldering gym! They hold competitions and are super social. Well worth visiting for a climb. Good bouldering with a great training area too. They have an Instagram with up to date information.

Muy buen gimnasio para practicar escalada sin cuerda.Tiene instalaciones amplias y una buena variedad de rutas, como así también cuenta con una variedad de implementos como pesas, cuerdas y agarres de madera para practicar y entrenar esta hermosa disciplina.El staff es muy simpático y bastante profesionales en su labor, instruyéndote de forma muy didáctica en la escalada.Lo recomiendo muchísimo si es que buscas un lugar para entrenar escalada y buscas una buena comunidad de gente dedicada a este deporte.

Incredible bouldering gym. Just opened a couple months ago. Everyone was very nice.
