I had a great day climbing Volcan Quetrupillan organized by Zenit Travel in Pucon, Chile. My guide Diego led me to the summit and provided lots of interesting information about the area on the way. The views from the summit are incredible and there were very few other hikers which made the experience even more enjoyable. Zenit arranged this for me at the last minute and everything was well organized. I would highly recommend Zenit for this or any of the other trips they offer. They are very knowledgeable and experienced and obviously have a great appreciation for this incredible part of the world.

Very responsive over WhatsApp. Good value for money. We had tour to Villarrica Vulcano. The experience was great. Very helpful and experienced guides, with personal attention and good material that we got for the tour. Highly recommendable.

I originally had a lower score for Zenit due the lack of communication by email, but after exchanging some Whatsapp messages and meeting with Agustin in Pucon, my experience changed. We meet with Agustin and he went over the protocol and the next day we attempted to climb the volcano Villarica, but the weather didn't allow us to climb, which was a bummer but understable, so we choose to visit the Araucaria forest + Termas geometricas. Our guide Paz was awesome, as she showed a lot about the forest but also about the Mapucho culture and about Chile as well. It was really a class. We enjoyed and the Termas geometricas came to finish the day. Paz went above and beyond and really took care of ourselves. We truly appreciate. Really recommend Zenit, Agustin and Paz to everyone looking for a travel/sightseeing agency in Pucon.

We have done two tours with Zenit Travel. Wauw what an experience it has been!On our day of arrival in Pucon we stepped into the Zenit Travel office where we got an explanation (in perfect English) of the multiple hike tours they offer by the owner; Agustin. They took the time to get to know our travel experience, to best advice us which hikes might suit our wishes. We decided to go for the Villarrica Vulcano hike. After payment (options are cash, debit or credit card) we had a shoe fit and once we had found the right size all was done. The day after we were expected at 5.30 at their office. Early but so worth it! The very experienced guide (who also speaks English) and the two of us had the whole vulcano and the sunrise views for our self. Absolutly spectaculair! Once we reachrd the top and started on our way down (via sled!) We saw a lot of other people climbing up the Vulcano, so we were extra pleased that our tour started early.After the Villarrica were were so hyped that we wanted to do another tour with Zenit Travel. We decided to go for the Lanin Vulcano from the Chilenian side in one day. Wauw, words can really not describe what an amazing (and mindset changing) experience this has been. We were with a group of 4 and with 2 guides and the owner (Osiel, Matías and Agustin - all superheroes!). In the end the hike had a duration around the 20 to 21 hours. Where we sometimes had a mentally of phicically difficult time, the guides were absoluut professionals. They were so kind, warm and supportive. They always knew how to keep us going and how to switch our mindset to a positive mindset when it got difficult. Also, the way the guides are able to climb up the Vulcano is out of this world. We never ever felt unsafe because of their perfect guidance and support. The experience was life changing!Without any doubt Zenit Travel deserves a 5 star rate. You can feel their profesionalism and love for nature & people in every thing that they do.Lots of love,Eric & Denise

The track was amazing! We really enjoyed and the guides were so perfect and professional I really recommend this agency !

Amazing Vulcano Villarrica tour with Zenit. Booked via my hostel and was informed from Zenit about the climb the day before. We met at 6am the following day at their location and got all the equipment (hiking boots, crampons, backpack, another windbreaker jacket, gloves etc). It's a quick drive to the base and from there you start hiking. The guide (Jesus) was very professional, friendly and easy to chat with in English. There a break about every hour. The hike is more difficult than expected (winter conditions) and you will need the crampons and close to the summit a gasmask. The views were amazing and the best bit was sliding down an active vulcano afterwards. It's a full day excursion that is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended Zenit as they were professional, organised and safety first. Once we were back the owner offered us a hot drink to heat up. Price of the trip was 100.000 CLP.
