Katie is an awesome hairdresser! I have always seen different hairdressers and never had any loyalty to a particular salon until I found Chacha. Katie knows exactly what I want and keeps a record so she can just confirm that I want what I usually have. I have been going there for about a year now. Katie is really friendly and lovely to talk to but also allows for quiet time if I’m working or want to read mags. Chacha is also really reasonably priced and the salon is really nice. 10/10 :)Jenna x

I must share my first experience at chacha hair with you all.From the moment i made my appointment till the moment Katie completed my hair, i am estatic to say that she did an amazing job.I'm 100% satisfied with the services she provided. I asked for balayage color look and was gobsmacked with the end result.I have tried many other hairdressers in the past,but no one could ever understand what i was wanting to achieve. Katie listened and advised me on what would be best for my hair.Thankyou katie for an excellent job!!

Katie is absolutely amazing! She transformed my lacklustre hair which was very damaged to the shiny beautiful hair in the images! I was shocked she was able to change my hair from black to light blonde in 1 session. I appreciated Katie's honesty about the condition of my hair and will be taking her advice on repairing it. 100% recommend her and will be coming back :) Thanks Katie!

Katie is a very experienced hairdresser who shows lots of passions about her job. She would explain in her own and easy way that make sure you know what products she’s going to put on. This is important to those ones (like me) who didn’t have any ideas about what’s good or bad for your hair. You will love her sense of humour too!
