Es un lugar precioso. La vista al volcán Villarrica desde la habitación, impagable. La atención de su dueña, exquisita y muy, pero muy acogedora y amable. El desayuno riquísimo, el personal gentil, simpáticos/as y cálidos, dispuestos a solucionar cualquier problema. La comida de su restaurante, exquisita, muy bien preparada. El entorno es espectacular, con acceso al río Liucura, la belleza del sur en todo su esplendor. Muy cerca de Pucón, Caburgua y el Parque Nacional del Huerquehue, un paseo imperdible. 100% recomendable si se desea desconectar del mundanal ruido.

Hermoso lugar, entorno maravilloso. Habitaciones cómodas y calefaccionadas, buena atención. Desayunos buenísimos. Mil veces recomendado

Grato y tranquilo ambiente, espacios limpios cómodos y una excelente atención sobre todo al desayuno .El único detalle es la falta de aislamientos de ruidos entre habitaciones y las sábanas o cobertores individuales para las camas de 2 plazas (cultura alemana).

We had an amazing stay here. The quality is to be seen in every detail: design, materials, breakfast & dinner, decoration and top service. It is attended by the owner and her team, who make sure that you feel very welcomed (they also speak English and German).It is located a few steps away from a very quiet and beautiful river shore and the rooms have a nice view to the Villarica volcano.You can feel that soul and heart lay in this place and is not just another touristy, standard lodge. We will definitely come back!

Excelente Lugar, muy buen servicio, personas muy amables y atentas, habitaciones acogedoras y muy hermosas. Un lugar de verdad para despejarse desconectarse de la ciudad y relajarse con el sonido del río y la naturaleza. Lo Recomiendo.

I will shorten and tell only the gist of the long and annoying story we experienced held between 21:30 and 23:00. The hotel manager will probably write a false response to our words, but you are too smart for that.My recommendation is: Stay away from this place!We were looking for a suitable place to stay for three nights, and to our dismay and surprise, two and a half hours after our arrival (8:30 p.m.) we found ourselves thrown out of the hotel by the hotel owner herself, at 11:00 p.m.And what is the reason for that?The hotel offered us a shower with cold water at a temperature of 29 degrees (!) and we in our great impudence" did not agree. At first the hotel owner told us that the temperature of the "hot" water was 42 degrees

Si buscas desconectarte, es el lugar indicado.La atención fue muy buena, la dueña en todo momento se preocupó por nosotros, llegamos tarde en la noche al lugar, nos recibió amablemente.Las habitaciones muy limpias, lindas, calefaccionadas, con detalles preciosos que hacen que tu visita sea toda una experiencia.Tienes acceso al río, un pequeño bosque y hasta interacción con animalitos, personalmente eso fue lo que más nos gustó.El desayuno que ofrecen es con productos de la zona, rico, abundante.Lo recomiendo!

Very nice place to stay. Very quiet. And verygood service

Intenté realizar una reserva directamente en el hotel y me fue imposible. La recepcionista luego de pedirme los datos y quedar en enviarme la información jamás lo hizo. Mi idea era realizar la reserva directamente y no hacerlo por medio de una página. Pero no tuve buena atención por parte del personal.

Very beautiful place. Honestly, I enjoyed everything about this place except the bathrooms didn’t work well. Plus the walls are paper thin so knocking off a star for these. The service here is exceptional.
