Suite by Time

Llegue y tuve problemas con la tarjeta y la electricidad , lo solucionaron . Pero hoy fui a desayunar y cuando volví tuve el mismo problema, sin luz ni electricidad y llevo casi una hora esperando que lo solucionen. Me dijeron que por ser “domingo, no tienen personal suficiente para resolver este problema” y yo sin poder hacer uso de las instalaciones como debiera. Muy maaaaaal .

I stayed at this hotel for about 10 days before and the rooms are still relatively large, but the view and facilities are rather old and not modern enough. The included breakfast was not very tasty and the lunch was expensive. What is more strange is that after I checked out I found that I left a cell phone in my room and when I tried to contact the hotel staff they replied directly that I didn't find any cell phone in the room and didn't let me go up to look for it. I had no choice but to stop.

Though its a good suite apartment at a beautiful location of Las Condes region, but they need to renovate the room furniture. The carpet, refrigerator, cutlery and cooking utensils were all wornout and quite old. They replaced few kitchen items after complaint to our corporate booking manager. Toilet WC flush was faulty too. View from top floor rooms is really good.

Lugar bien ubicado, departamentos amplios, un tanto antiguos. El desayuno completo, te lo llevan a la habitación por la pandemia, es un edificio donde habitan tanto pasajeros como residentes, en mi caso un residente fumaba todo el día y el humo se colaba por todas partes del depto. Ante mi reclamo me contestaron que los residentes pueden fumar no asi los pasajeros, el aseo que hacen las mucamas deja mucho que desear, nunca en mi estadía de dos semanas limpiaron debajo de la cama. Dista mucho de la atención del Time Select.

Es un hotel al que he ido en varias ocasiones y debo decir que el lugar es pequeño y muy acogedor. Es una especie de departamento hogareño. La limpieza está muy bien y el personal que atiende es siempre amable. El desayuno que viene incluido es tipo americano y tienen varias opciones saludables. Solo me gustaría que tuviese gimnasio.

Pésimo. El desayuno es horrible, poco nutritivo y solo con nescafe. Los almuerzos y cenas son pésimos, no dan ganas de comer. Las 2 camas de mi habitación presentan hoyos que me han dejado con dolor de espalda.No volvería nunca.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The amenities are quite old, cheap and minimalist; it looks very different from the pictures they show in internet; possibly there is little maintenance in the last years. The gym is almost useless, since the machines are partially broken, and it's very small. The shown swimming pool is out of service. Cleaning service is good, rooms are spacious. Heating over air conditioning is old and terribly noisy: it's impossible to sleep if switched on, during the day the heater is so loud as living in a busy street; the ventilator switch doesn't work, it's set at maximum, and you have to live with or suffer the coldness. Breakfast is some 50 m away, and it's good if you are easy going, like I am, since it's quite basic, and it's always the same. Location is good, but all in all it's better to find another place.

Aceptable, funcional y personal agradable. Mejorar la seguridad del estacionamiento, nosotros llegamos y entramos. Las piezas están bien, quizás todo un poco antiguo pero en general funciona bien. El desayuno está en otra calle, poco cómodo así que deberían extender hasta las 12 la hora para tomarlo. El balcón no tenía sillas y nada. Tuvimos que pedir toallas, deberían tener eso listo.

Excelente atención de todo el personal, siempre amables y muy atentos. La habitación amplia y muy cómoda. El desayuno excelente.

I probably would not recommend! Our first impressions were far from pleasant! Our original room was dusty, had a dirty fridge, food left in the freezer, the bin was overflowing into the cupboard, the balcony door lock was broken. Our request, to reception, to be moved was not listened to, until a cleaner came and complained about the state of the room. Our new room was also old, with new , polished flooring. We didn't have any sheer curtains for privacy. The heating kept throwing a circuit. A gap under the door meant the neighbours voices were clearly heard in our room. We needed to keep asking reception for basic appliances and equipment, (sometimes 2 or 3 times) like - a sharp knife, a cutting board, an electric jug. We were given a jug with a foreign Plug!!! The daily cleaning was very good. The wifi was very good, A substantial buffet breakfast is available 50 metres up the road. The location is quiet and an easy walk to the metro and shopping centres. Reception staff are pleasant.
