The views are good but nothing else. Not open until 6pm with no exceptions - means you miss sunset outside of summer. Opened late too. Once at the top we were told the table we were sat at was reserved even though we were given a reservation downstairs. Would not recommend for anyone unless you’re a guest. Terrible service throughout, rude and given how much they charge, you’d expect better.

Gran terraza en un gran hotel. Amplia y con muy buenas vistas. Comí una hamburguesa y estaba muy bien.

Great view. Service is terrible.We ordered drinks and the waiter said it would be 5mins, 15mins later he came back and reconfirmed the order. 45mins later we still hadn’t received our drink. It took over an hour for an expensive mojito to be bought over to us.On more than one occasion I walked to the bar to pick up my drink, after noticing it had been sitting there for 10mins+.Beautiful views of the mountains.

El lugar está bien para reuniones, la atencion muy buena, los baños estan bien con lo justo, pero la variedad de tragos no es muy amplia, se podría mejorar.

If I could I'd give it 0 stars.I bet some days it can be a nice place to visit, yet that doesn't seem to be the norm.Once you enter the rooftop the place is empty and dark, after passing by the empty and abandoned domes, you find your way to the bar where no one greets you unless you ask around (despite the reservation). After being led to a table where you feel the best breeze of santiago and all the cold without the bother heaters (there are none, fr), you can taste one of the very few snacks on the menu and a drink of your choice... the atmosphere? A part time dj who's gonna leave before you do, some random people who are all competing who's colder than the other, few places to sit by and only a few with decent light, oh and none has view to the outside, so yeah, you can'T enjoy the superb views of santiago.... at least they take your orders, but you gotta be careful cuz there's no way knowing who's working there and who's the client... also, on our way back nobody sent us off, much less told us how to call the elevator.In short, it's my first time going somewhere I can't stand being more than an hour. So I had to write it here.Hope it helps others avoid a bad experience and wasting money. And perhaps the owner will reflect on where he's saving his money.

Impresentable que por un pisco sour catedral pidan $17 mil , muy por sobre los $10 mil que tienen en la carta para todos casi todos los demas tragos, y mas encima no tengan ese precio en la carta, Se presta para abusos!Ni en los restaurantes mas caros habia pagado TAN caro por un catedral!Ni la bonita la vista justifica ese abuso!

El lugar es muy lindo y la atención muy buena, sin embargo te apuran para pedir porque la reserva es por tan solo 2 horas. La comida es deliciosa y los precios corresponden, sin embargo con los tragos no se puede decir lo mismo, son caros en relación a la calidad y cantidad, en conclusión muy pequeños y nada ricos.

Hice una reserva y justo el día anterior me la cancelaronY Nunca me dieron una respuesta concreta y tuve que llemar muchas veces para q respondieran la llamada y aun así no me resolvieron.Me tocó improvisar y llevar a mis invitados a otro lugarMuy mala experiencia
