I like this store and I’m a frequent customer cuz it’s nice to get artesanías with quality. Prices are higher than others but it’s more with style. The people who work there are always patient and friendly.The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable is that one day I went shopping again and since the guy working there said he’s the owner, I expressed my passion for chilean artesanías and ask if he could kindly contact the people who made magnets of these cute wooden houses to make more.Seems like he doesn’t even care at all and refused to do anything about it… all answers are “no”. Since he doesn’t know when there will be more of these cute magnets and I really wanna know who made these and where, I asked if he can connect me to the people who know about this, the reply is a hard “NO”.Anyway seems like if you’re the owner you should know more about your product and care a little bit more of your clients. Even if they don’t look like a zorron, they might actually have contributed more than half a million pesos of sales at your store. :)Artesanías are supposed to bring something warm and special when most things nowadays are fabricated by production lines. It’s nice to bring about some unique stuff and a bit more kindness to the world. Cuz a saying goes “treat others the way you wanna be treated.” It’s always mutual.Anyway it is very DISAPPOINTING… don’t feel comfortable and probably won’t feel motivated to go to this store again.
