Lingua Plus Language School - English, Spanish + more

Estudié en la escuela LinguaPlus en Pucon por 2 semanas en Enero y la experiencia fue excelente.Las profesoras pudieron reconocer las áreas que necesité practicar y mejorar, por ejemplo el subjuntivo, hablando en pasado, remarcando la voz y mejorando mi pronunciación. Cada día hicieron las clases personalizadas para mejorar mi español y darme más confianza.Gracias por todo lo que hicieron por mi, lo aprecié mucho, espero que ustedes estén bien y nos vemos cuando vuelva a Chile.

Felicitaciones a Language Pucón tomé un curso de Português y la verdad es que fortalecí mi vocabulario y aprendí nuevas cosas que antes no sabía gracias al apoyo de la profesora Camila, extremadamente conforme y voy por otro curso más. Saludos a todos quienes trabajan allí son realmente muy amables. un abrazo.

Me and my friend had a great time and learned a lot ! The teachers and administrators are all super kind and encouraged. The classes were fun and effective. Our teacher asked us several times about how we want the classes to be structured and which kind of teaching would fit us best. During the breaks we enjoyed some coffee or tea, biscuits and the lovely garden in the back of the building. The school is located very central as well. We can truly recommend Lingua Plus !

I came down to Pucon for one year with my family. After several strong recommendations from the English teachers at my children's school, I contacted Karin at Lingua Plus to study Spanish. I've been taking private lessons now for about three months, and it's been an excellent experience.The lessons, which are mostly conversational, are tailored to my specific needs and interests, and she has helped me prep for specific scenarios (buying a car, getting a haircut, going to a government office, etc.). She also uses a whiteboard, notes, and handouts if we're digging in to a more structural aspect of Spainsh. In addition to being an excellent teacher, she's also a lovely person, and I've enjoyed getting to know her and becoming friends, speaking with her about politics, cooking, life in Pucon, and other topics. We've also been in Chile since the start of the protests, and Karin has helped me better understand (in Spanish) the history and genesis of the issues.The school itself is located about two blocks off of O'Higgins, the main street in downtown Pucon. The classrooms are comfortable, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within a couple blocks.

Superb experience. I have studied at five other Spanish schools in four other countries. I particularly appreciated the flexibility of this one during my private course in January 2019. We didn’t follow a prescribed program in a book. Instead, my teacher daily chose instruction modules corresponding to what she could see were my Spanish deficiencies. In this way we were able to make a whirlwind tour of Spanish grammar in only two weeks, which was just what I needed. In addition we did plenty of conversation and reading. The facilities and location are good, instruction excellent, everyone welcoming and helpful.

I just spent 2 weeks doing an intensive Spanish course with Karin and Gabriella. The lessons were well prepared and tailored to my needs/learning style. I specifically asked for a refresher- and the teachers did a great job of preparing/teaching the key elements of A1 and A2. During the second week I moved onto new material. I really felt as though I advanced a lot in a short time and am now more confident with my conversations. Thank you Karin and Gabriella!The school is also in a very convenient position, and there are coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

If you want to work on your language skills while staying in one of the most fun towns of southern Chile Lingua Plus Pucon is the place to be.The teachers are really nice and professional and the school itself provides a comfortable atmosphere to learn. 100% recommended :)
