If we would have ever got a chance to ride in the balloon, I have no doubt it would have been excellent.Booked for 2 people nearly a month before via Civitatis. A few days before departure I was contacted via Whatsapp, asking if we could move to the day before. This I was told was because they require 4 people to fly. We couldn't do a day earlier as we weren't going to be in the Atacama at that time, so we were told hopefully somebody would book in for the following 2 days. We were disappointed as nowhere on the booking did it mention the need for 4 people, but we remained hopeful.The day of our initial booking, I was contacting the company asking if anybody else had booked for the following morning. I sent multiple WhatsApp's, emails and instagram messages, our Airbnb owner even tried ringing for me. All contact was ignored until very late in evening. When we were told nobody else had booked so it could not go aheadReally wanting to do this experience, I wondered if maybe I could pay extra to make sure it happened. I asked if the need for 4 people was due to weight, I told 'yes, it is a minimum of 4'. So I didn't persist with asking if there was a price that would allow us to fly just the 2 of us.The next afternoon, great news! I was invited to a Whatsapp group with 2 other people and the company stating we were finally due to fly the following morning. An hour later I was told the people that had booked that day, wished to fly just the 2 of them and had paid for that privilege!I was obviously very annoyed and shocked this was the outcome. I told the company this was unacceptable and they needed to prioritise my booking, and I would pay for the privilege of flying as a 2. An option I didn't know was available to me. as I was told it had to be 4 people because of weight. They told me this was not possible. Why they decided to take that persons money over mine makes no sense to me. That morning was our last chance to ride as we left the next day.Book but know that you might not be able to ride when you want if at all.

Belissima!!! a dream come true

Una experiencia maravillosa y segura.Siempre uno tiene algo de temor con experiencias como estas, si es que nunca la ha hecho antes, como en mi caso. Pero realmente todo es muy seguro, el vuelo muy suave, agradable y las vistas maravillosas. Pascal, el dueño, quien pilotó nuestro globo, muy amable y simpático. Lo recomiendo!
