Graham was fantastic from the first session to the last. He understood my situation perfectly and tailored the session to my exact needs. I felt good after the first session, but the urge to smoke still came and went.... he ensured he quickly did the 2nd session which covered some further blockers I 'thought' were reasons I smoked....After the 2nd session I knew I was a non-smoker, the 3rd session was just enjoyable and cementing things in!I would not hesitate to recommend Graham. I will admit, you are of course sceptical about this kind of thing. But trust me, it does work.

Graham was amazing in every way. He made the whole experience easy and not overwhelming. This has been by far the most beneficial thing I have done of any alternative therapy - and I have tried everything. The whole experience was incredible and I feel completely different (in a great way) after. Could not recommend Graham enough!

I was quite sceptical as I'd tried most nicotine replacement therapies and even hypnosis before. But it worked! No cravings or mood swings. Graham helped put all my smoking insecurities in their place with a friendly and open manner. I'm proud to say I'm a non-smoker with the help his services :-)

I am really thankful and glad I came to see Graham, It has honestly changed my life for the better.
