Chile Inside SpA

Leider versuchte ich vergebens, irgendwelche telefonischen Informationen über Chile-Inside zu bekommen, es wurde aber mehrmals einfach aufgelegt, besonders in Chile- Holanda 100, aber auch in Deutschland bei Frau Fint. Ich bin besorgt, da meine Nichte 3 Monate dort gebucht hat.Kann mir jemand irgend etwas über diesen Verein sagen oder welche Erfahrungen habt ihr gemacht???

Ich war mit Chile Inside in Chile, am Anfang war alles gut, man hat eine Programmstelle bekommen und die Programmstelle wusste auch das ich komme. Wer allerdings Betreuung darüber hinaus erhofft ist hier falsch. Die Betreuung scheint inkompetent und machtlos, nach der Zahlung ziehen sie sich eher zurück, man bezahlt nur für die Vermittlung an die Programmstell und für keine Betreuung darüber hinaus. Bei Problemen bei der Programmstelle wird die Schuld den Teilnehmern selbst gegeben, und ansonsten passiert nichts. Die Erwartungen der Programmstellen sind hoch, diese erwarten eher ausgebildete Helfer die ein bisschen Ahnung davon haben was zu machen ist (Farm), ich weiß nicht was denen von ChileInside mitgeteilt wurde. Bei weiterführenden Problemen lassen sie sich nochmal extra bezahlen dir zu helfen. Vor Ort der Kontakt war dennoch nett, die Programme bekommt man aber selber gelöst, dafür braucht man ChileInside nicht.Die Vermittlung an die Sprachschule Bellavista in Santiago de Chile war hingegen reibungslos, und die Schule hat viel Spaß gemacht. Allerdings lässt sich ChileInside diese einfache Anmeldung an der Schule gut bezahlen, und weil ChileInside mit der Sprachschule Bellavista kooperiert, sind dort viele Deutsche mit einem welche durch ChileInside dort sind.

Ladrones, te cobran un dinero de supuestamente los servicios de ellos y del hospedaje.. Y resulta que el trabajo temporal que te dan el sueldo que deberías ganar se lo llevan también ellos para yq pagar el hospedaje son unos ladrones.

First of all, they charge you double price if you are from another country, which is not Germany. I had so many problems with them, I had to pay the double (rent) compare to the others, and no I did not have any benefits like a bigger room, nothing. So, I contacted them regarding why I paid that much and the came with three excuses and offered me 12% refund of the rent. But I still didnt think it was okay, so I continued to contact them and I even got a meeting with Marion. FYI, she said I couldnt do anything about, but it still didnt stop me. So I continued and continued to contact them and in the end the gave me some of the money back. So if you think you are treated unfair, continued to contact them (it might help), because it is their responsibility to make sure you are okay. Furthermore I also got kicked out of the my accommodation. I will really hope people read this and do not travel with ChileInside, the only thing they are thinking about it the money.
