Excelente atención, amable y a buen valor

I would not recommend FotoCarlos if you are looking to get film developed. I had 3 rolls of Fuji film, 35mm developed in January and all 3 were ruined.While on my travels, I decided to get some of the film I took developed. FotoCarlos happened to be extremely busy when I dropped my film off. (What I thought was a great sign!) It took 2 days longer than expected for my film to be ready, even after being told it would be ready in 30 min..on 2 different days. (I don't mind waiting, if you tell me that it is going to be another day, no problem! But don't tell me it will be done in 30 min if it is going to take 2 more days.)When I received my scans back, you could immediately tell that the negatives were damaged. They images were grainy (not in the beautiful film way, but in a poor quality way), missing colour in sections and even the last image on each roll had been cut off. About 25% of the photo was missing, clearly cut on an angle.I held out hope thinking they were just poor scans, so I brought my negatives to my trusted developer when I returned home. They confirmed that the negatives were damaged. Of course, it is hard to know exactly what happened, but based on my own experience, research and the knowledge of my trusted developer, it looks like my film was developed in dirty or old chemicals, not using the precision you need when developing.I would much rather have to wait 2 weeks if you are busy to have film developed properly, in clean chemicals, by someone who pays attention to details, then have my films rushed.I am extremely saddened and disappointed that over 100+ photos are damaged and there is no way of repair. I understand that there are very few places in Valdiva that develops film, but I would not get my film developed here if your photos are important to you or if you are a film photographer.I would like to think that this would be an isolated incident, a result of a busy week, however I should have trusted my gut when I walked in.

Pésimo, no lo recomiendo. Primera vez que mandé a imprimir fotos y no me gustó ni la recepción de las fotos via email, ya que no estaba pendientes, hay que estar llamando para que revisen el correo.Al menos a mi, me interesan los servicios más conectados con el cliente. Además al recibir las fotos, todas vienen curvadas, lo cual es más grave aún porque no sirven. El servicio no es económico,

Se puede sólo hacer revelado igual

Buena atención aunque se demoran en las entregas

Antes no había problemas para ir y tirar el bote al lago
