Muy buena atencion y amabilidad por parte de su dueño.Solo un detalle: habitaciones frias.Resto,todo excelente

Solo probé el servicio de restaurant y no me gustó ya que es demasiado lento y desordenado (40 minutos esperé por una comida que estaba lista) pero el pastel de jaiba estaba buenísimo.

Riquísimo el cordero al palo!

Buena cabaña, con un gran balcón frente al lago chelenko lo cual ni ganas de salir dan con la vista hermosa que hay, lo único malo que piezas con baja iluminación .

We arrived very late, and we were not treated properly. High price and no wifi in the apartment! It's wierd. Juan is not a nice person, and the tour is only in Spanish, even though it is written in English! Don't go there. You deserve a better and more humane hospitality experience.

We arrived in Juan as part of the Astral Crater. We had a very difficult experience, a very unkind person, a very high price and a desire to take advantage of us as tourists. We wanted a clean place - there wasn't, we wanted a fair price - there wasn't. And above all, we wanted a human relationship - and there was none. I do not recommend this place at all!

We arrived To Juan 4 people after a long and exhausting drive late at night. Wanting to stay overnight in a clean place and at a fair price. Juan saw we were in trouble, and decided he'd rather be an inhuman and earn a few more bills. Juan said we could stay in his cabin only if we bought the cruise through him. We weren't interested in the cruise at all, but because of the late hour we didn't have much of a choice. We felt taken advantage of! We arrived at the cabin, there was no Wi-Fi - which is basic. And not clean at all. We got up with a very bad feeling, we did the cruise through it - which was bad. It was said that it was in English - and it was only in Spanish! At the end we approached Juan and asked for a refund - we didn't understand anything about the tour... not even a single word. Of course it didn't interest him. I do not recommend anyone to get close to this man. He is exploitative and greedy! Don’t go there !!!.

Excelente lugar para alojar. Su dueño, don Juan es muy acogedor y preocupado. La cabaña donde nos quedamos era amplia, con dos habitaciones donde habían dos camas matrimoniales y dos individuales. Siempre hubo agua caliente y nos mantenían la estufa prendida durante el día.
