It was a great service with them. I made a call to them and got list of most competitive pricing near to my area. I was struggling to get good exchange rate and the provided information was not easily available through google. Their was huge price difference between what i was initially looking and what was provided by currency shop.Thanks for the help. I would highly recommend to use their service.

Wanting to compare available rates, I made a simple phone call after being unable to make a direct internet contact with Travelex. I rang the advertised phone number, and Justin answered. Justin was most pleasant, courteous, and helpful. I could not speak too highly of his care and service. I rang back ten minutes later, and Justin sent an email with the direct internet link. Connecting to the link, I have now ordered the Euros to be picked up at the airport. Excellent service.

Spoke with Justin, he gave me advice and also gave me a price of what to expect. Emailed me locations of where I can get the best rates. Great customer service overall.

XE Currency is the worst and most unprofessional service provider I have ever come across. This is second time when I have transferred to the AUD before 9.00 AM and till now the their website is showing funds not received and no funds receipt email has been received .Basically XE currency keeps the funds for one -two days (Last time it was 3 days they did not transfer the funds to beneficiary) and earn money. They stand no where to transfer wise in terms of performance and customer service. Would not recommend anyone to use XE Currency. They cheat people of the hard earned money and even you cannot meet the commitment due to their pathetic service. Please never use XE Currency

Accidentally phoned these guys while getting quotes for foreign exchange. They found the best rate in town, then also the best agent to use for international transfers. $0 charged, great customer service, highly recommended for all your foreign exchange needs.
