It was my first visit and Kayla did my color and I am so happy and so impressed with her work and the salon. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and did it just perfectly. I think it's maybe the BEST color/highlights I've ever had. There is a 'passion' that runs through the salon, even from the Owner who was present, and you can tell these stylists really care and are super-well trained. I highly recommend Gloss and Kayla.

Apart of always being served with amazing hair style and professional attitude for years, today in these uncertain and unreal times, I have been treated as a part of community with love, pride and gratitude.When I have opened my valet to pay,I have been told to enjoy!!!I lost my words.When some salons are offering free delivery when you purchase their products online, Gloss Hair Dezign is offering discounted or free service for his clients who lost their jobs.Great gesture Moshe!We will be friends for years to come.Take care and stay well!Jelena

When you find yourself reading this review, because you are looking for ‘your new hairdresser’, look no further, because you’ve just found him!Honestly, when you’ve read all the reviews Gloss Hair Design has received so far, you going to ask yourself “Can a hairdresser really be THAT good?” (because that’s how I felt too) Well the answer is YES! For me to write a review, means a lot, because I am pretty much an introvert and don’t really like ‘putting myself out there’, but after my experience with Moshe and Kayla at Gloss Hair Design, I just MUST share how amazing my visit was. Moshe is an absolute expert at his craft and he takes a lot of pride in his work, which shows in his amazing work.I have had some previous bad experiences which then lead me to ‘take matters into my own hands’ (definitely NOT recommended) leaving me with absolute destroyed hair and a colour which was an absolute nightmare!As soon as I entered the salon I was welcomed like an old friend & made very comfortable. I felt very unsure of myself and was rather nervous, but Moshe made me feel at ease with his genuine, caring & friendly manner. He took a lot of time to listen to my ideas and explained what would be possible. Like I’ve said I am a rather introverted person and some new social situations are not so easy for me, but I felt very comfortable, informed & taken care of every step of the way. I ended up with a big colour correction job and an amazing pixie cut, both couldn’t have been done in a more professional manner! The colour is out of this world and the cut is just amazing!Kayla is an absolute sweetheart and was giving me great advice on styling & care for my new pixie as well as being super knowledgeable in everything hair!I’ve never received as many compliments on a hair cut or colour as I have in the past few days since my visit!Thank you so so much Moshe & Kayla! I am super happy & love love love my new Hair!

As someone who has there hair regularly cut and styled I feel I can comment on the consistency and quality of this establishment. I've gone out of my way to find the best rated hairdresser online but non compare to the quality and thoroughness that Moshe provides. Kayla and Moshe have a very welcoming environment that allows me to feel comfortable to change my style as I please.

Been going to Moshe for a long time now and can say only 1 thing. He is the best hairdresser and stylist. Absolutely love the way he does the haircut. Fabulous hair salon. Great staff and atmosphere. Moshe is a colour expert no doubt, he completely fixed a faulty hair colour I had before,It looks so natural. I received a fabulous hair and a relaxing head massage I highly recommend a visit to the salon.

I’ve just arrived in Australia two weeks ago and needed a new hair do, it was totally flat and lifeless! I came across Gloss Hair Dezign online and said I’d give them a go.. they did NOT disappoint!! Kayla and Moshe are absolute sweethearts, so welcoming and they made it feel like home for me! I honestly didn’t want to leave! Moshe talked me through how he thought my hair style covered my facial features and wanted to create a warmer more open look, he asked me what I wanted but a girl who doesn’t regularly go to the salon, I really didn’t know. He put so much confidence in me and left me feeling great about my appearance! He really isn’t in it for the money, and truely cares about his clients! While my color was developing Kayla and myself sat and had the best of chats about anything and everything! It was one of the best evenings I’ve had so far in Australia, unlimited wine being a bonus ‍♀️ I can’t recommend this salon enough, I love you guys and thank you!! I’ll be back! ❤️❤️
