The perfect place to stay in Valparaíso! La Nona is in the ideal location of Cerro Allegre and Rene & Carolina went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, helping with suggestions and tips on what to do around town every day. Beds are super comfortable and breakfast is excellent too, would recommend to any friends or family travelling here.

Acabamos de irnos de Valpo y dejar el hostal La Nona, lo recomiendo al 100%,,cuenta con baño privado, desayuno muy bueno y buena ubicacion a un super buen precio, ademas que el anfitrión Don Rene es muy simpatico, te guía si es tu primera ves en Valpo. Asi que es un hostal super completo, fue un gran punto para que el viaje a Valpo haya sido super bueno.

We had a lovely stay at La Nona. Quiet room, lovely breakfast and heaps of useful information from the fabulous Rene. He even took the trouble to email me some advice about my next stop. ( Also a great place to get your laundry done.)

We had such an amazing time staying at Rene's and Carolina's place! The location is perfect, the bedroom and bathroom are tidy and spacious. We had a good breakfast with fresh products. They are very helpful and good in communication (Spanish and English) which was very pleasant too!

We stayed with Rene and Carolina recently and had a wonderful time! One of the nicest B&B’s I’ve ever been to.Lovely spacious en suite bedroom, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed.Rene makes a lovely breakfast; fresh fruit, granola, home made yoghurt, home made bread, eggs, avocado - so delicious!Our hosts were very kind, sharing so much of their town with great recommendations of things to do, places to see, and restaurants to eat in.Would love to go back, and would happily recommend.

Spent three nights at this great B&B. Welcoming, peaceful and homely. Rene and his family are brilliant. We felt at home from the moment we stepped in.Rene is great for a chat about the area or generally on anything Chile. Rooms are super comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing. And the laundry service a brilliant plus! We even got a private lesson on pisco sour making (and drinking).If you are a runner ask Rene if LaNona run club is open.
