Very terrible experience!!!! I was told that there was a problem of right taillight, but they has fixed. However, when I was driving in the park of Paine, the covering in the back fell down like the picture below!!!! It fell down from the the right taillight!!!!It nothing happened when I drove, I just was driving normally, it fell down!!!!Fortunately, the lago Grey hotel helped me to fix it primarily so that I can drive back to the Natales, you know what happened? The agency asked me to pay the fee to fix car!!! I did nothing, no crash, no collision, it fell down itself! We went to car repair shop to check what happened, the engineer also confirmed the car is normal without any crash or collision. The car owner asked me to call the police and very rudely, but I didn’t have time, My flight was in the same day in the afternoon. Anyway, don’t rent the car in this agency, go to a bigger and better agency, not there!!!!

Não recomendo. Tive um problema com um pneu, e quando fui trocá-lo na estrada, a chave de roda não se encaixava em uma das porcas que estava fixo o pneu. Resultado, fiquei horas na estrada esperando e pedindo ajuda aos motoristas que passavam para ver se tinha a tal chave. Outro problema, na hora que tu aluga o carro, o funcionário te passa o contato dele para emergências, o problema é que ele não responde as mensagens que tu manda quando precisa de algo. Tu passa na loja e várias vezes não tem ninguém e o contato não funciona. Não recomendo mesmo.
