Staff is very helpful and speak English. One thing to note is that their assistance on tourist questions is limited to Santiago and neighbouring cities such as Valparaiso.

We took the free tour de galerias" tour of the many passages full of stores that are inside the buildings. Many of the stores are mom and pop. Some have been there for over 50 years. We loved it. The chocolate store and the stamp store were great. It was 2 hour long but at a slow pace."

Excelente lugar para recibir toda la información necesaria en temas turísticos.Además hay tienes la opción de ver un exposición de fotografía con arte mural en Santiago y Valparaíso.

Ofrecen tours gratis por Stgo muy interesantes. Totalmente recomendado. Sobretodo para los santiaguinos q tan poco solemos saber de la historia q nos rodea a diario ;)
