My husband and I had a great experience fly fishing with Ben! I am a beginner and caught 2 fish, my husband who has been fly fishing quite a bit caught 5. Ben is and excellent teacher and very knowledgeable about the area and culture. He was happy to answer our questions about the area and provide recommendations. We had a great lunch including beer and coffee by the river. Overall one of our favorite days while in Patagonia! Highly recommend!

When my husband and I booked our Patagonian honeymoon, we also knew right away we wanted to book a full day of fishing with Ben. I had done my research of best fly fishing guides in the Patagonia region prior to our trip, and that IS Ben! I’m so grateful we found him. He truly exceeded all of our expectations and more!My husband is an avid fly fisherman, but this was our first time fishing outside the US. We trusted Ben wholeheartedly to provide us with one of the most memorable days, and that it was! Even though our day of fishing with Ben was windy, it was still truly the HIGHLIGHT of our entire honeymoon. To top things off, he provided the most delicious food as well.Ben is extremely patient and all around a great guy to spend time with. I did not have much experience with fly fishing, and learned so much from Ben just during that short time together. He made me feel like I had been fishing my whole life! 10/10 experience - if you’re headed that way, book Ben!!! You will not regret it one bit! In fact, you’ll be SO happy you did!Thank you Ben for giving us memories of a lifetime! We dream about coming back and fishing again with you!

Ben is SUCH an experienced fly fishing guide and lunch was SO good!! Plus, fishing on a private ranch with no body else around is a one-of-a-kind experience. Don’t hesitate to book!! We’re glad we did!!

This is one of the best fishing experiences that I have ever had. Ben loves the outdoors and fly fishing, and readily shares his expertise. I am not a beginner but everyday for a week, I learned something new. Ben is patient and kind, good virtues in a guide who can out fish all of his guests. Wow, that is all I can say. Good communicator from the get go, answers emails, and responds to questions. What's more Ben is very knowledgeable, a great teacher and host, and provided us with all the equipment and instruction we needed to have blast and catch fish. Lunch was good. Highly recommended for fly fishing of all levels of experience.

If you are going to Patagonia and looking to fly fish near or out of Puerto Natales, just book with Ben, period. First, he’s very responsive with all communications leading up to the trip. Always gets back to you within a day. As a guide he’s passionate about fishing and a true fly fisherman. He really just wants you to be successful and have an amazing day of fishing. Extremely knowledgeable about the region and it’s waters. Would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone. One of the best days I’ve ever had fly fishing!Saw another review that says they are no longer in the area and that is simply not true. Just had my trip Nov of 2022
