Fantastic arrangement. No difficulty. The hotel staff would take good care of you. Compared to the amenities provided, I found the hotel reasonably priced by international standard.All the people including the hotel staff, other residents and apartment owners were so friendly and cooperative. I talked to quite a few, and shared a few jokes with them. Most of the hotel staff did not know English; they speak only in Spanish. Though I am from India, language did not become a bar at all. We could communicate, and they were very perceptive.Lots of shops in the vicinity - and meals were never a problem. Being a vegetarian, I mostly purchased food items from shopping centers (especially Costanera C which is a pleasant 15 minutes walk away) and heated these in the kitchenette. This is one plus point for Chile, a variety of food items that match almost all palate are available there.They let me check in 4 hours earlier than scheduled, as I arrived in the morning. They also let me check out 4 hours later. They suggested I could take a nap after lunch before proceeding to airport. Phellipe was ever so helpful, all the time. One would not have any problem at all if one communicates to Phellipe. He speaks English. But, of course, I was a single traveler.The apartment I stayed in was on the seventeenth floor and had a good view of the city and the Andes.What I most liked was that as it is an apartment hotel, they control the entrance and would not let arbitrary people to come in unlike what is often found in a regular hotel. This gives you not only the assurance of being secure but also the feeling that you are staying in your own apartment complex with full privacy. The hotel is at the heart of town, in Providencia (zone) and on Providencia (road), but the back lane entrance gives a less busy and pleasant appearance.

Muito bem localizado, porém no apartamento não tinha aquecedor, fez muito frio. Informamos pelo telefone indicado, mas nenhuma providência foi tomada. Além de outros detalhes como a troca de toalhas por ex. Resumindo: o local é excelente, mas não fui bem atendida.

De lujo, cerca de todo, y un país pujante, subtes modernos, caras felices, restaurantes, bares, tofo a full, hace 30 años atrás era muy pobre, en fin muy agradable, no dejen de visitar el mercado central y comer algún marisco!

Apartamento bonito y bien equipado. Cama amplia y WiFi gratis de alta velocidad. La sala y zonas independientes cómodas.El unico punto a mejorar es el baño que es muy pequeño y un poco incómodo.

Hicimos una reserva casi 25 días antes en el AUSTRAL SUITES en Providencia, éramos 2 familias.Arrancábamos en cuba y terminábamos en Santiago, Chile.Estuvimos toda una noche viajando con 3 menores de edad (7 años, 2 años y 11 meses) y cuando llegamos al hotel, NOS HABIAN DEJADO SIN RESERVA, NUESTRA RESERVA SE LAS DIERON A OTRAS PERSONAS…Realmente una vergüenza, llegar a otro país y dejarnos a la deriva sin EXPLICACION ALGUNA. Quise hablar con el dueño, no estaba y la encargada se lavó las manos, nos querían mandar a un lugar que ni sabíamos adonde quedaba y lejos de todo.Una vergüenza, obviamente mis peores recomendaciones para ese hotel, muy poco serio y para colmo NOS HICIERON PERDER TODA UNA TARDE PORQUE TUVIMOS QUE BUSCAR NOSOTROS EN LA ZONA DE PROVIDENCIA Y ESTABA TODO REPLETO.UN VERDADERO DESASTRE Y SIN CONTEMPLAR QUE ESTABAMOS CON MENORES Y SIN DORMIR.MUESTRO UNA RESERVA
