I give them only three stars because we really enjoyed both vineyards. Our guide at Concha y Toro was outstanding. Plus these guys were nice and do want feedback.If you book them I suggest you reconfirm the guide they will be sending you does speak your language and is knowledgeable. Otherwise get a taxi or uber and go straight to vineyards and buy your tickets there.This was our conversation via whatsap. Although our driver was nice, this is not what we expected in a guide. He had very little knowledge of the history of Chile or of the vineyards. I know they sent him because he spoke a little English, but since he was not knowledgable you should have sent a Spanish guide since you knew we spoke Spanish. Frankly, this was a waste. It was more of a taxi ride (uber) then a tour. All our other tours consisted of actual knowledge of the country, and more importantly of the vineyards. If you are going to send a new person have an experienced person join them. As for the actual vineyards themselves, Santa Rita and Concha Y Toro, we fully enjoyed!Their response:Well, you’re right, and for that reason we always like to ask our clients about their experiences, becuase we can improve our work. We’re really sorry if the expectations weren’t met about the knowledge of our guy. As you ask the tour in English and all the conversations were in English, we thought you just speak that language. I mean, we saw that Sofia selected Spanish in her form but as she always chat in English, we thought the English would be the best option for you and we focus on that service: the language. Jose is an incredible guy, but yes for the next trip we’ll make sure to focus more on the knowledge of the different places, to provide a better experience. In this particular case the problem was that our main guides weren’t available. We’re a young company and we are growing every day, hoping doing better, of course. On the other hand, we’re happy that you enjoy the vineyards, we really hope that you return to Chile and we can share more experiences, better than the first one and you can see all the wonderful places that Chile has to offer you and the quality of our services, more than clients we focus on make new friends from all over the world that want to know our country.
