Our tour with Miguel and Mattias was a perfect experience! As wildlife photographers we know how hard it is to spot cats in the wild and to be honest a lot of people told us we shouldn't expect too much from puma tours.
Right from the first mail, the contact with the office was a pleasure. Carla was able to offer us an individual tour which exactly fitted our needs.
We met Miguel, the guide, and Mattias, the translator early in the morning before sunrise. The tour was perfectly organized and we felt very well right from the beginning. But the best and most important thing: After half an hour we saw our first puma! We were able to take some pretty nice pictures and observe two pumas eating a guanaco. All the day Miguel was in contact to other puma trackers, making sure that we'd not miss any sighting. Miguel is full of respect for the animals and nature - a very important aspect for us. Also his knowledge about the cats and the park in general is amazing. We had the awesome opportunity to observe different pumas in different spots until sunset. Even at our way back, Miguel was still looking for pumas.
We highly recommend a tour with ISO100 instead of booking with a much much more expensive agency or hotel. You'd never get a more experienced guide for sure.

My wife & I booked 3-days puma tracking and it was a fantastic experience. Our guides Miguel & Nico tracked down pumas every day including a mother and her two cubs. They are both also very nice guys, we had a lot of fun and I recommend 100%.

There are hardly any words to describe how incredible these 3 days with Miguel and Nico have been. Torres del Paine is one of the most scenic National Parks we've ever visited. Our guides knew the park inside out and were true experts at tracking pumas and bringing us as close as was safe for us without intruding in the puma's life & behaviour. We were very lucky as we saw pumas every day which there is never a guarantee for. But this agency with these guides will be your best chance at seeing pumas. 150% recommendation!

We did a Puma Tour with Nico and Miguel from Iso100 and I gotta say that this was our best tour experience ever. Not only have Miguel and Nico shared their passion about Pumas with us, but also has the tour been well organised. We really enjoyed the tour, could capture moments and memories for a lifetime and would highly recommend this tour company.
