Hotel La Yegua Loca

I stayed here for two nights with my family and we had 3 rooms. Everything was very clean and unique rooms. It is very charming compared to some of the bigger hotels. The restaurant food was also very good, we had breakfast there and dinner one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt like this was higher than a 3 star hotel!

Fui invitado a cenar ahí. Por ende por educación no dije nadaPedí un salmón con risoto ...este último estaba crudo, lo cual resultó desagradable y el pescado algo seco....No fue en nada superior a una picada de cualquier ciudad donde he comido más rico y sin tanta parafernalia

Pésimo lugar !! Quedamos sin agua!!! eso uno lo puede entender en Trekking o también. Urgencias !! pero 0 reacción de los dueños, llenando nosotros los estanques , alguna solución??? nooooooo no tienen estaque de reserva y recibieron igual personas en el restaurante!! Me imagino la higiene!!!

Emplazada en los faldones del Cerro de la Cruz, este hermoso hotel boutique y restaurante, encanta con sus detalladas instalaciones, pero sobre todo el nivel de detalles de cada recóndito lugar, en especial el desayuno personalizado y el servicio de restaurante y bar. Un lugar para realizar eventos, disfrutar de una reunión o una fantástica velada romántica.

I only had dinner here with my mum and we were very pleased with it. The food is excellent, the staff are attentive and efficient & the ambiance is quaint, cozy and welcoming. I would definitely come again.

Visitamos el restorán y fue una decepción. Precios para turistas de crucero, pero la comida no estuvo a la altura. Muy gourmet, pero un plato llegó frio, otro salado y un plato con salmón ahumado que casi no estaba ahumado.

Fuimos a almorzar , sin querer llegamos ahí, fuimos al mirador y recordé que en TVN habían mostrado el restaurante, hermoso lugar, excelente atención y los platos magníficos. Para que decir los tragos 10 de 10.

Loved the style, accommodations, and the employees. The food is fantastic. Overall very unique hotel and highly recommend it.

Wonderful, cozy accommodations, great food, but atrocious service. The staff here unfortunately seems undertrained. My wife has common food sensitivities, and it took an enormous back and forth to get them to attempt to accommodate for breakfast and the lunch box, even though their menus specified they could. Even after all that, the restrictions were ignored and she just got what she can’t have. We paid for breakfast, but for our early departure all we got was coffee and a muffin (which my wife also can’t have…). To top it all off, the taxi to the airport we pre-ordered and triple confirmed arrived 15 minutes late. The staff had so many opportunities to rebuild trust, but just continuously fell short and disappointed. For the price paid, this is completely unacceptable.
