I completed the unguided active W trek through ChileTour Patagonia. I would highly recommend this tour operator. The tour ran seamlessly from airport pick-up at Puerto Natales to organising my bus ticket to El Calafate and taking me to the bus terminal. Their communication was great which is really important when you're booking tours from half way around the world. I would definitely book future tours through them.

Myself and my husband were lucky to experience the W trek organised by Ricci and his team. The cabins we stayed in before heading out on the Trek and the night we came back were very comfortable and spotless. The food is very good especially the pizza on our last night thanks to the brilliant chef. All Ricci's team were so welcoming and helpful. Not to mention Ricci himself who brought us to town and found us the best dollar rate for our onward visit to Argentina. Thanks so much for giving us the trip of a lifetime!

My husband and I did the W-Trek active as part of our honeymoon and couldn't be happier with the experience! ChileTour staff is friendly, helpful, communicative, and this program was perfect for us! They set up all the reservations and food and all you have to do is follow the itinerary. You are given a guide the first day to get the hang of it but then sent out on your own with your group which allows you to move at your own speed. We made some wonderful friends! You do need to be in good physical condition for this experience, as we went about 50 miles over 4 days!

Where do I begin, other than to say this was the trip of a lifetime!? Ricci, and the entire ChileTour staff made my entire journey spectacular. From the horseback riding in Laguna Sofia, to the full day Torres del Paines trek to the towers, to the private full day Torres tour, to the Lago Grey boat ride and the amazing meals in between, I have nothing but good things to say about ChileTour Patagonia.At first I did some research on the company and liked what I saw, but even still, it can be hard to trust the internet when you are spending a good amount of money. I received tour quotes from 3 companies, but ChileTour was both the most affordable, and the quickest to respond. They were able to book everything last minute for me. Just 6 days before my arrival in Puerto Natales, in fact!You come in expecting a nice experience, and leave feeling like you got a greater value than what you paid for. They have a unique ability to custom tailor your experience to fit your schedule and budget, and they deliver a 5-star experience with personal touches along the way.I spoke a lot with Ricci, the owner, and I am very excited about the future plans he has for ChileTours and his Garden Domes. Talk about an ambitious and energetic guy! The new garden domes look amazing and should be ready for guests soon. They've invested hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars into their facilities, and you will notice it. I was the first person to stay in their cabins in Puerto Natales. Amazing views, comfy beds and linens, and top-notch hospitality all around. They make you feel like a king from the moment you arrive. The meals they prepare are the best you can have in Chile, and the accommodations in the park are top-notchIf you are coming to Patagonia, look no further. These guys have it down and will not disappoint. I've traveled to over 10 countries this year, and this was my most memorable experience. If you are looking for an experience versus a regular vacation, ChileTour is your go to for an experience. Experiences are what you remember and what makes you want to come back. Thank you!!
