Muy buena agencia. Hicimos Ruta de los salares, precio económico e incluía desayuno y almuerzo. Muy completo el tour y el guía muy atento a todos los pasajeros.

We had a great time on our salt flats tour. Our guide, Geraldo, was friendly, patient, and took the best photos of us on the salt flats! We thought the food was awesome, the accommodation was comfy, and the stops were amazing. The value we got out of the tour far exceeded what we paid for it!However, Geraldo did not speak any English, despite being assured by the office (multiple times) that our guide would be able to competently provide all explanations in English. We were super disappointed by this as we believe we were lied to to make a sale.We also weren’t told to take our own toilet paper which ended up being super important. Another handy thing to note is to try take the smallest denominations of money - lots of places didn’t have change, like public toilets, the thermal pools, and the hostel. We ran into an issue where the hostel refused to give us toilet paper unless we paid for it but didn’t have any change when we tried.Another thing to note about booking tours in SPdA is that the office you book through isn’t necessarily the agency that operates the tour. The agency we had been booked on to take us across the border apparently wanted us ready an hour earlier than the office had told us but this info never got to us. We got a phone call at 6:53am to say they were outside. We rushed and were out the door within five minutes and the car had left. No second phone call, no knocking on the door. We ended up waiting outside for an hour with constant phone calls saying someone was coming in ten minutes. This happened to the other two girls in our car (booked through a different office), and they were also promised different things on the tour that weren’t delivered. Like us, they were overall happy but still important to note.

Para el tour al Salar de Uyuni escogí esta compañía por ser de las más económicas. Y no nos faltó de nada! En el trayecto hasta la frontera en chófer ayudó a un par de extranjeros que habían perdido el PDI, y nuestro guia ya en Bolivia al principio parecía callado y el segundo día nos explicó como cosechan la quinoa, entre otras cosas, nos hizo bromas e incluso preparó una torta para la mañana de mi cumpleaños! Sin duda volvería a escoger esta compañía y especialmente al guia Wilfredo! Gracias!!
