I cannot recommend PacB any higher than i already do, they are truly the best! From their sales staff, to the lady in reception, all the way down to the technicians and everyone in between - all amazingly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile! Even if its no their problem/job. They stand behind their work with all their pride, a rare find in todays business world unfortunately. I worked with a number of people during the purchase of my Generator and parts for other generators i maintain, and i cant say thank you enough to Estelle Paul and a few others who made the process flow like melted butter! Service excellence for sure!

Waste of time. Ask you to send in details and then promise you someone will call you back. 3 days later...multiple phones calls and whatsapp messages requesting feedback and you get ZERO.
