We had a wonderful experience, Alejandro is exceptionally helpful and very friendly! He helps with everything from Torres del Paine reservations to bus tickets, and taxis. We stayed in the double room (very cozy with a comfortable bed, plenty of blankets, and a gas heater). We were able to store our extra stuff for free while we did the O circuit. Breakfast was plentiful and filling, and Alejandro served fresh hot Columbia coffee!

Charming little hotel in the center of the city. They are very welcoming so you feel like home! Alejandro will help you to organize your trip to Torres del Paine providing a lot of advices. Highly recommended!

Increíble lugar, acogedor y cálido. Buena calefacción, camas y baños limpios. Desayuno contundente y variado. Y lo mejor es la compañía del hoster, Alejandro siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Wonderful hostel, 2 clean showers shared between dorm and private rooms. Breakfast is plentiful (eggs, toast, oatmral, yogourt and fruit). Owners are amazing, Alejandro is full of information and very helpful. They will go out of their way to make your trip go well. Definately recommend!

Estuve en Hostal Dos lagunas en abril de 2017. Muy buena ubicación, en uno de los sectores más bonitos de Puerto Natales. La relación precio/calidad es óptima. Ambiente cálido, acogedor y natalino. Piezas amplias y cómodas. Muy bien atendido.

Good price for Puerto Natales, very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean. Minus points: only 2 bathrooms for several rooms and you might have to queue to brush your teeth/use the toilet and can be a bit noisy. Also if you have a big appetite the breakfast is small.
