I dis the Valparaíso and Viña Del Mar your The agency was good and responds fast to any questions. However, our guide Valentina was no so good. We were taken to a tourist trap in Viña Del Mar, we were taken to Chinqui restaurant a super expensive restaurant where we felt obligated/forced to eat there, she did not tell anybody that it was our last stop and to go explore the town after lunch (I did) but a lot of people didn’t because they were under the impression that we were going to continue with the tour. We should have the options or given the options to eat anywhere we want and not to be taken to that expensive place and pretty much be forced to eat there. The picture of the meal im leaving here was $36 dollars which it was ridiculous. The food is not great the salad was whole leaves of lettuce, no dressing or lime even when I asked for it. Valentina created a WhatsApp group and told everybody she was going to send us a link to leave a review but she removes the people she think were not satisfied with the tour so we don’t leave reviews. She really needs to communicate and be clear with the itinerary. Again the agency was good and if you do this tour make sure you find your own place to eat. Definitely avoid Chinqui restaurant…or avoid any restaurant your guide takes you to, find your own you will find better and cheaper food…
