Colque tours

Really good tour! We were a little bit concerned because of Some of the bad reviews About Colque tours, but everything ran very smoothly! We did Some day tours in the Atacama Desert, as well as a 3 day tour of the Salar De uyuni, and both went really well. Very friendly guides, lots of extra info at each stop, and a nice hotel with WiFi and hot water. Would certainly recommend it!

We took the 2 day tour to Uyuni with this company from san Pedro de Atacama (return). The plan was to visit Laguna Colorada, Geyser Sol de Malana on the way up to Uyuni and on the second day the Uyuni salt flats. Unfortunately on the first day we didnt see anything that was promised. They only transported us from San Pedro de Atacama to Uyuni with a 4x4 without stopping at any of the sights and the driver wanted extra money to make any stops. We also had to pay the national park entrance (which Colque Tours said was covered) even though we didn't visit any of the main attractions. After this excursion we complained about this and asked for reimbursement for what was missing from our promised tour however we did not get a fair compensation. Overall very unprofessional service that made the first day of our tour a bad experience because we felt deceived, upset and worried on this trip.

ESTAFA PESIMO Colque Tours una estafa, porque piden dinero por adelantado. El guía no vino atrasado, sino nunca vino, pues el chofer y el guía estaban borrachos y drogados toda la noche. Me prometieron un reembolso del dinero adelantado y nunca se nos devolvió ni un centavo.PESIMO. ... se ve que el dueño nunca pisó una escuelita, porque ni decir buenos días sabe..no tiene ni modales

We had two tours with Colque. The geysers tour was fantastic with our tour guide Jo & Victor. Breakfast was provided, it was pretty basic but enough for us all. However not much information was provided to us about the weather/schedule/ etc. You just go with their flow. Our second tour was really disappointing. The guide didn’t talk or share information at all about any of the sights. He was silent and the entire group was Spanish speakers so language wasn’t an issue. One of the sights was closed so there was absolutely no planning involved. Valle De La Luna is beautiful but definitely go with another company.The company itself seems to book people for tours but the tours are run by a third party - which explains the variety in experiences. For example in our geysers tour, most people booked with other companies and the guide mentioned he found out about it the day prior.

DON'T CLOSE YOUR PACKAGE HERE - We made a package deal with them, the prices were on par with most agencies on the expensive side. We chose them because they said that all their vans were new, the tours would be with a max 4-6 people and would pick us up at the hotel. The van was late to pick us up on ALL tours, ranging from 30min to almost one hour of delay. Worst of all, after we did a couple of test" tours paying as we went

Pesimo!!! Te dicen una cosa por telefono y luego en persona todo es distinto. Empresa de turismo poco seria.
