Highly recommend Charles and Experience Chile for planning your next vacation! We were planning a W Trek trip for 17 individuals, including private transfers, hotel, Refugio and camping accommodations and guides. Charles was instrumental in helping us decide what was best for our group, keeping all of the moving pieces organized, and ensuring we made it to Patagonia and could enjoy our vacation. Charles helped us book a modified W for myself, my husband and our three children (ages 11, 6 and 3) with all the Refugio stays, bus transfers and catamarans. It was absolutely clutch that we used him as due to high winds, we had to modify our trip part way through and he was able to reschedule our transfers and hotel stay while we were out of cell service over by Lago Gray. He was incredibly detail oriented, provided so much useful information and everything was done perfectly. If we trek in Chile again, would totally use Experience Chile!
