Super nice staff! The penguin tour is amazing. The staff did a great job of being keeping people responsible with the park. Cheapest penguin tour in Punta Arena with a huge boat that has a much less chance of weather cancellation but more people than other tours.

The tour to Torres del Paine was outstanding. Our tour guide (Jorge) was always keen to explain to us many details about the place we were going to visit, with very relevant and interesting information. Totally recommended.

Excelente gestión por parte de Jose Luis Gómez de COMAPA, siempre con rápidas respuestas por email, muy ordenado en cuanto al programa y los pagos. No tuvimos nunca ningún problema con los operadores locales, los vouchers los recibimos bien a tiempo y todo funcionó de maravilla. Pedimos varias sugerencias para tours de medio día o día completo, y gracias a eso armamos un programa turístico fabuloso para nuestras vacaciones en Natales y Punta Arenas. Muchas gracias y muy recomendable!

Llegaron a la hora.La guía Elieth y el chófer era agradables y se notaba el manejo de la zona, fueron muy amables y contestaron todas nuestras dudas con una excelente disposición.Respecto a precio-calidad 100% recomendable, ya que es variada la ruta y comparada con otras agencias era súper accesible en cuanto a valor.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great advice on what hikes to do and buses to catch, and they provide maps. Easily located down on the water so you get to see some of the amazing artwork when you visit! Make it your first stop!
