Fantastic place to explore Patagonia and the Torres del Paine Nationalpark. It’s located in the nature and has a relaxing vibe. The breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel. The staff was nice and helped me with the planning of the W-Trek. They also organize tours in Patagonia and known what they are talking about. The domes have a unique staple and decorated with a lot of details.

Only one word can describe the place- Wonderful ! Highly recommend . you won't want to miss this beautiful resort when you go to Puerto Natales in Patagonia Chile.

I really wanted to like this place, but it wasn't a good stay. One of the heaters in our dome wasn't working and we were freezing cold all night; we almost left to try to find a warmer hotel. They did try to fix it, but that didn't work, so we ended up sleeping in our coats. The domes are cute and the bed was comfortable, although the view itself wasn't great as the plastic of the dome window somewhat warped what you could see. The hot tub was also not working. Breakfast was good. The host offered us a partial refund (as this place is very pricey) but never actually came through with it. Overall I'm pretty disappointed, and wish we would have stayed in town for half the price, better proximity to food, and warmth.

I had a great stay at Garden Domes they booked all my trekking as well for me! There was a mistake that I was unhappy with, and Gonzalo did everything to make sure I am happy with my trekking route! I highly recommend getting the dinner package here. Amazing food and and spectacular service by Cristian, he really made you feel welcomed!The only staff that was a little bit grumpy at all time was a lady with glasses! everyone was so flexible and welcoming, but she made me feel uncomfortable every time we would interact! Last day/Last impression of my stay; I had breakfast booked and the night before I asked for 9:30am and they said it's fine, I had to pack everything in the morning for the check out so I was 15 minuets late 9:45 and when I went to get my breakfast, she told me its too late (with anger) and I said I understand if the chef has stopped cooking eggs but can I have some toast and butter maybe? she again told me it's too late and I should leave. This really changed my experience at the domes and keep in mind that I have paid for that breakfast and I was getting on a bus for 3 hours and then 3 flights and I would've really enjoyed a bite to eat before all of that. But overall I really enjoyed my stay, I would recommend staying here, but if you see the lady with glasses runnnnnn!!

Hidden Gem in Puerto Natales, Chile; A gateway city to Torres del Paine National Park. Clean comfortable, spacious room with amazing view, great 3-course dinner which is a must to try. I stayed here total 3 nights as part of W-trek tour. I would definitely come back here again! On my last day, I ordered another dinner and even after my tour run late for more than one hour, they accommodated me for 10pm dinner. Excellent service!

We stayed at Garden Domes before and after hiking the W-Trek. If you ever consider staying at Garden Domes, we would highly recommend it. You can be 100% sure that Maria, the manager at Garden Domes, and the team will make you feel welcome and they will try to make everything possible!The cabins at Garden Domes are super nice and you can enjoy a great view. Maria was super welcoming and made us all feel home immediately. She is the nicest and most welcoming person we have met in our travel so far. Maria really made sure that nothing is missing and at the same time she filled the room with positivity. Also she made sure that we had vegan food options at all times. She even went grocery shopping for vegan stuff before our arrival. After our hike Maria prepared Pizza Night for us and a delicious breakfast in the next morning. She even drove us to our next hotel after breakfast, just amazing and so helpful. The experience really wouldn’t have been the same without Maria, so thank you a lot!

Great and very friendly staff and owner. Was made to feel at home here. Rooms were good. The only negative is that it was quite far to walk to the centre of town.
