Was very stressed when I first arrived in Santiago looking for a furnished apartment to rent. I saw without Spanish and as an expat I didn't meet many requirements needed so when i I found an apartment through Andes Properties and was shown around my Ender, who's very helpful, I was relieved. They speak prefect English and the process is very straightforward. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a furnished apartment in Chile!

I have been very happy working with Andes Property since I arrived in Santiago a year ago.Ender helped me find an apartment that was perfect for me and I have extended my lease for another year in the apartment.Andes Property have a simple lease document that they use, unlike some owners in Santiago. Also, the documents I was required to supply for the lease were easy, which is sometimes not the case when owners ask for things that you cannot provide when you are just arriving in the country.I will continue to use Andes Property while i'm living in Santiago.

When my girlfriend and I just came to Chile, we didn't know anyone here nor were able to speak Spanish. But thankfully, we found Andes Property and finding a furnished apartment was very smooth process (no aval and no spanish needed) We are happy to find and live in this lovely apartment that is nicely located in Santiago centro so we extended our contract for another year and a half recently. I recommended Andes property to my friends and one of them found a good apartment with Ender's help :) I strongly recommend this agency and Ender to those people who are looking for furnished apartments as foreigners in Chile!

Our experience with Andes Property was very good. They replied promptly to our queries and when our first apartment choice turned out to be unavailable due to a misunderstanding with the tenant, they were immediately able to offer an almost identical place for the same price. I would definitely recommend them, not least as a way to avoid the paperwork required for most other apartments in Santiago.

Ender and Alejandra have been brilliant. I arrived in Santiago with almost no Spanish, needing a place to live. Ender found me a great apartment within a week and the paperwork couldn't have been easier. It wouldn't have been possible otherwise for me to find somewhere so easily.Throughout my tenancy (about a year) Ender and Alejandra have responded to any queries in English, and dealt with rent etc, very efficiently. They have always been extremely friendly and helpful and have made a huge difference to my experience of Chile: I'm very grateful!I'd definitely recommend Andes Property.

Awesome organization! Mainly Ender is such a great help. The day I landed he made sure the house is ready. Really great customer service. Alejendra is also a very professional girl, as my spanish is not that good she made sure, that I understand all the Claus in the agreement. I highly recommend you this company for your national or international relocation to Chile. The price of the property was very very reasonable and they are very cooperative according to your situation.
