I arranged pick up from the cruise terminal for 4 people plus baggage, a customized tour and drop off at the airport and the cruise terminal. Sergio sent a beautiful Mercedes Vito van that far surpassed our expectations. It was punctual and the driver was extremely courteous. On the day of the service, I reached out and asked if he could provide a second vehicle for me from the cruise port to visit the alpaca farm (2 hours away). He immediately responded yes and the vehicle and driver were at the cruise port when the boat docked. It was not until an hour into the journey that he introduced himself my name. Sergio! He had been unable to secure a second driver at such short notice but rather than tell me no he came to pick me up himself in a very comfortable and spotlessly clean Dodge Ram. I would very much recommend Sergio and he takes credit cards at the completion of his services.

Horrible car service. Specifically booked a large 7 person Mercedes van, and Sergio showed up in a small suv. Could not fit the people or bags, and had to find other transportation last minute which was stressful when traveling. I would not do business with Sergio.

Edit:He does have a SSL certificate but it is invalid.It is also true he does not request finances off the website.I looked under rates" for airport transfer costs assuming it would be there. It was under the Airport Transfer tab. If I had seen the prices originally I probably would not have engaged with the business.The prices on the website seem fair for the level of vehicle provided.Good luck to Sergio in future but if he wants to tailor his product to the market he needs to be more professional.Initiated a conversation on WhatsApp to try organise some pricing.Stopped responding after 15 minutes mid conversation.Sent two follow up messages no reply. It could be that he was working but not even a courtesy message to say talk later.Website is unsecured. Quite unprofessional."
