Casatorrante

Mon copain et moi avons loué un van en avril 2023 pour découvrir la région de Pucon et on ne peut que vous recommander Casatorrante!!! Cathy et Roberto sont adorables et géniaux!!! La location du van s’est très bien passée, le van est très bien aménagé (il y a vraiment tout ce dont vous avez besoin) et ils sont très réactifs et disponibles (ils prennent même de vos nouvelles pour savoir si tout ce passe bien!!). Nous avons adoré notre séjour en van et c’est grâce à eux ! Nous vous recommandons Casatorrante à 100%! Merci encore à vous 2! :)

5 Wochen im Van (Chile/ Argentinien) gingen viel zu schnell vorbei!Wir hatten lange nach einem passenden Vermieter Ausschau gehalten und sind dann auf Casatorrante gestoßen. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut und absolut zuverlässig. Auch haben wir direkt zu Beginn alle erforderlichen Unterlagen. (z.B. Versicherung und Grenzübertritt nach Argentinien) erhalten. Der Van selbst hat unserer Erfahrung nach eine deutlich bessere Ausstattung als bei anderen Anbietern und ist mit großer Liebe zum Detail umgebaut (z.B. fließendes Wasser, sogar warm wenn gewünscht, Möglichkeit zu duschen, Gurte an den Türen gegen den Wind, Vorhänge zum abdunkeln, Innenbeleuchtung, Lüftung, Strom beim Fahren mit Steckdosen, Bluetooth usw.). Wir hatten zu keinem Zeitpunkt ein Problem mit dem Auto. Unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen:)

Mi esposa y yo alquilamos una caravana a Katty y Roberto por un mes. Viajamos desde Pucón y recorrimos la Isla Grande de Chiloé, luego continuamos hacia el Sur hasta O' Higgins, regresamos a Pucón por la ruta de los Ríos y los Lagos.Un recorrido precioso e inolvidable. La Caravana se comportó de forma excepcional y a pesar del frío durante el recorrido nos mantuvo calientes,. Durante nuestra travesía Roberto y Katty nos dieron todo su apoyo y consejos en todo momento, super valiosos para turistas cómo nosotros, estuvieron siempre en contacto y por ello estaremos siempre más que agradecidos.

Très belle expérience, avec un service client d'une qualité comme on a rarement vu ! Disponibles et arrangeants, Katy et Roberto vous accueillent comme si vous faisiez partie de la famille avant de vous confier votre petite maison roulante, vraiment très bien équipée, confortable et secure. Seul petit bémol, si vous n'avez pas de carte de crédit pour la garantie, soyez juste prêts. Il y a des alternatives mais qui coûtent du temps, de l'energie et un peu plus d'argent, ce qui peut ternir l'aventure. Puisqu'il est dommage qu'en recevant notre caution avec 50€ de moins et qu'en le signalant, les esprits s'échauffent légèrement par message et que toutes les belles attentions reçues nous soient reprochées.

We rented a van from Casatorrante for three weeks to do the Carratera Austral, El Chaltén and down to Punta Arenas. We loved our sweet “Nancy” as we lovingly named our van.Roberto and Katy were amazing to work with. So helpful and quick to answer any questions to make sure we had the best time.Border crossings were a breeze. Paperwork was well organized and in order. I would recommend this company to everyone I know looking for good transportation in Patagonia.

We rented a van for 2 months with Kathy and Roberto. We had an amazing experience with them : they are really kind, helpful and flexible. They were always available during the trip for advice. The van is very well organized and equiped for long trips and enjoying all places in Patagonia and Tiera del Fuego (through sun, wind and rain :)). We strongly recommend you to book with them if your looking for a van in Chile / Argentina !
