Outstanding attention to detail.Britt took time to understand the activities we were interested in, provided us with some great options, and then organized everything really well: car hire when we arrived in Puerto Montt, advice on best routes to follow (including a wonderful detour for bird watching), a lovely boat trip to see the forest sunk after the 1960 earthquake, and a couple of days with a proficient local guide. We were presented with a single - very reasonable - bill for payment and all the bookings worked flawlessly.We very much appreciated that Britt listened to our needs, and didn't try to sell us something else. We would highly recommend Britt and Austral Adventures for any travel to Chiloe.

Our trip was fantastic. Britt did a great job asking us what we liked and tailoring our trip to our tastes. Beautiful scenery, fantastic hiking, amazing lodging and wonderful artisan beer, wineries and meals! Britt did everything and we had an amazing time.
