Superbe sortie au volcan villarica!Prévoir des chaussures hautes pour cette sortie ! Sinon ils en prêtent et fournissent aussi tout le matériel nécessaire (sac, veste chaude, pantalon, crampons, luge, casque, piolet, bâtons…)Un guide encadre 3 personnes (selon la réglementation chilienne) ce qui permet d’adapter les rythmes de marche selon l’endurance de chacun :)Des pauses régulières sont prévues lors de la montée pour prendre des photos et admirer le magnifique paysage alentour !Nous n’avons pas pu aller jusqu’au cratère car le volcan était en activité mais avons pu marcher sur le glacier et entrer dans une petite cave de glace, c’était super !Petit apéro de fin de rando proposé au retour à l’agence de voyage !Merci pour cette expérience inoubliable et parfaite pour clôturer ma découverte du Chili !

They are very timely and attentive, the tour they took us on was fantastic and they made accommodations based on our abilities and goals for the day while climbing and skiing Villarrica. Charlie our guide was super helpful throughout the day and took photos of us while on the hike and sent them to us later. We met up with Richard, the owner of the tour shop, at the end of the day and he had beers waiting for us and we hung out with him and his family. They made us feel at home, and they gave us great recommendations for dinner that night. I definitely recommend this shop and would absolutely trust them again next time I'm in Pucon

I had an incredibly fun tour up to the volcano with them. They provided gear (boots, jacket, trekking poles, helmet...) and transport. I would gladly do another tour with them in the future

Absolutely loved our hike up the volcano, organised and executed by the owner of this company. Compared to the other group, we had a lot more personal engagement and time to make the most of the adventure, resulting in stunning photos and beautiful memories. A plus was also that we were able to have the tour in English, which was helpful for us. Highly recommend this company.

We climbed the Villarica with Nicholas and Diego, they were AMAZING! The climb is hard but the guides know exactly what is required, they know the way by heart, they were extremely funny and fun. One of my best experiences in South America! It’s a very good and professional agency
