Even though the owner was busy, he still made time to give me parts and guidance to allow me to repair my bike and continue my tour. Very professional and helpful. My only wish is that he could have serviced the bike. But you don’t stay busy by being a bad shop!—-A pesar de que el propietario estaba ocupado, todavía se hizo tiempo para darme piezas y orientación para permitirme reparar mi bicicleta y continuar mi recorrido. Muy profesional y servicial. Mi único deseo es que pudiera haber reparado la bicicleta. ¡Pero no te mantienes ocupado siendo una mala tienda!

Juan rebuilt our rear wheel with a new rim from his shop. We went to every bike shop in San Pedro de Atacama, BBike had the widest selection of components and Juan was a very professional mechanic. He had all the tools and knowledge required to rebuild the wheel, including a spoke tension tool. The wheel is for our tandem, which we took over Jama pass, a test for any wheel!Whilst Juan’s shop may look a little more modest than others in San Pedro, I think it’s probably the best equipped. Thanks Juan.

Nice owner who takes a lot of time to look at your bike problems. If you need spare parts though, he doesn't have much on site and will send you to a bike shop in Calama that is better equipped.
