The Gohan bowl is very nice. Somewhat similar to poke bowls. A mix of simple, clean ingredients and a good amount of food for the price.The salmon sushi and chicken sushi were both prepared well. Surprisingly I liked the chicken sushi more. I think, for my taste, the amount of cheese and avocado in the salmon roll mostly masked the salmon. I would have preferred to taste the salmon more. However, how it is seems more in line with what is preferred in Chile so I can't complain.I wish there were more places like this in Chilean Patagonia.
