Gerson at Adel Rental Cars was fabulous. He delivered the car to us at our accommodation in Puerto Natales and picked it up again at the end. He spoke great English as our Spanish was limited and set up all the paperwork so we easily crossed multiple times in and out of Chile and Argentina on our trip to Ushuaia and Terra del Fuego. We came to Punta Arenas in early September and were looking for a car last minute - the communication with Gerson was very easy and super professional! We had no problems at all, car was good dropoff and pickup worked all perfectly fine and i could do the whole thing in English! Also Gerson is a nice guy! Adel RAC is the best place to rent a car for your Patagonia travels The Renault was ideal, new and clean with low miles and served us well over the varied terrain. Gerson took car of all of the cross border paperwork for the Chile- Argentina and explained the process in full along with any issues that we might face on our journey. They also accommodated an extra day for the return. That's great customer service!

We had a great experience with Adel Rent a Car. Beginning with booking the car and continuing through all of the steps in securing the rental and coordinating pick up and drop off times, everything was handled thoughtfully. Communication with Gerson was always easy and timely. We communicated almost entirely in English except for when I was practicing speaking Spanish.The pick up location was determined and we were informed exactly where to meet at the Punta Arenas airport. Once we arrived, we were provided a thorough orientation with the car and what to expect while driving in Patagonia.We also arranged to cross the country border into Argentina. We were provided an organized package of documentation and everything was explained to us very clearly so we were 100% prepared for the border crossings.When our trip was ending, we communicated to Gerson where our hotel was the day of our departure and he picked us up and drove us to the airport.If you would like to rent a car in Patagonia, I highly recommend Adel as your choice.

Rented a car and traveled throughout Patagonia (all the way down to Ushuaia) with no issues.Car was perfectly maintained and Gerson was very helpful giving us tips, directions and including a very detailed binder with all the information required for the border crossings into Argentina. Highly recommended Car rental in Punta Arenas. The car we got was an upgrade of what we ordered and we were super happy with it. The handover and return of the car was very simple and the communication was always very quick. Would definitely go again with Adel when being back in Punta Arenas.

We rented a Nissan X-Trail for 15 days. Gerson it's been fantastic since we got in touch with him via what's up. He's been punctual and gave us all the information we was in need for. He explained clearly everything about payment, permit to cross borders between Chile and Argentina, fuel, etc. We met him at airport when we arrived and he gave us a perfect set of documents (every passage to the custom it's been easy and quick) and a very useful map of the places we wanted to visit. We also appreciated all suggestions about route: points of interest, attentions to pay in case of wind (always present!!!) and in case of animals on the road. Last but not least: the car is in perfect state and we never had problems, also on gravel. In a word: fantastic experience. If you go to Patagonia, Adel is the best for you. Thank you Gerson.
