Nice view over the city of Santiago,but the flat did not meet the expectations as per the features specified on booking:We asked for a 29th floor apt and we got one on the 21st floor and we found out one day before arriving to SantiagoThe code for opening the door was provided to us after our arrival,there were no bathroom amenities and the cleanliness of the apartment was a bit doubtful: lots of hair strands on the floor,bugs near the garbage bin in the lktchen and there was no ACAlso,the wifi was terribleA bit of a pitty,given its location,overall quality of services could be improved
