O guia era ótimo! Cavalo e equipamentos de segurança ok!Mas, pagamos 30.000pesos por 3h de passeio e só fizemos 2h30 quando me dei conta (estava gravando pelo app wikiloc) já estávamos a caminho da Calle caracoles, fui na loja reclamar, e eles não poderia fazer nada a não ser voltar e cavalgar pelos 30’ faltantes, até chegar lá selar novos cavalos iria extrapolar o nosso tempo.Antes de pagar eu perguntei se eu poderia galopar/correr, ele disse que sim, mas, NÃO PODE!!!a maioria do caminho tem muita pedra e o cavalo pode se machucar, cidades e vilas também não pode, no deserto pode acabar com o meio ambiente, é proibido! Só teve um momento que me irritei e quis galopar (estava segura pelo 500m à frente e fui) porém, ao retornar percebi que o cavalo não tinha domínio, eis que o guia explicou que o arreio não é para corrida e sim de passeio(arreio de 8), foram os únicos 500m que puder fazer isso, pois, o instinto do cavalo para o retorno, se eu tentasse galopar novamente poderia ser perigoso, pois, o arreio não era adequado para este fim.Outro motivo, ao pagar as 3HORAS o prometido era ir ao Valle de la muerte, porém, não nos foi informado que tinha que pagar a entrada, não levamos dinheiro para isso, foi frustrante! Mas, o outro caminho também era lindo!

For 15,000 pesos this was a great star gazing experience. True you are not too far out of town but the place feels remote and we saw a lot. I was quoted 110,000 from another company and I can't imagine the price difference is justified. If you really want to see the night sky without light pollution then I suggest biking to the Chulakao Ravine (Devils Throat) and find a nice spot. No telescope but very dark. Bring a headlamp for the ride back.

Una decepción. Fui con un grupo de extranjeros, adolescentes y niño, que no habían cabalgado antes.1. Nos prometieron una cabalgata de dos horas y fue mucho más corta, una hora y diez minutos.2. Se sobrevendieron, por lo que tuvieron que juntar caballos de otros corrales, los que no se llevaban bien, se pateaban y molestaban, lo que nos provocó problemas.3. Nos prometieron un guía en inglés, lo que no ocurrió.4. No tenían cascos suficientes en buen estado.5. Nos llevaron por una ruta polvorienta, a pesar que uno de los guías dijo que había mejores.Si estás pensando en contratar esta agencia, descártala.

Hicimos el tour a Uyuni muy bueno todo!

Please, spare yourself a nightmare and DO NOT BOOK something at this agency.In short:Stucked for 1,5 day in a broken car in the dessert with no help or understanding from the agency, feeling sick and scared.Details:We booked a 3 day tour from San Pedro de Atacama to Uyuni by an English speaking gentelman. The tour costed 190 dollars and includes 3 nights in ‘basic’ residents and an English speaking guide. The day of departure began fine. After passing the border to Bolivia we met our guide, who was suprising not speaking English at all, but we tried to understand the Spanish. After a couple of hours driving the car stopt riding and had obviously a serious motor-problem. The guide said it was no problem and he would repare it. 2 hours of waiting in the dry and hot dessert we decided to wave with shawl to other cars who were passing by to ask for help. The guide told all the drivers who stopped there were ‘no problema’s’. So after a while he decided to get help and a guy from a hostel nearby came to get us with another car. We were sleeping in the hostal that was old and dirthy and was devided with only one filty crane for the whole hostel and the worse beds ever. No showers. The next day the guide promissed another car but ofcourse that wasnt true. He ‘reparred’ the car and we had no choise then get again in the crapy jeep. After 2 hours the jeep broke again in the middle of the dessert. Again the guide said he would fix it in 20 minutes but ofcourse he couldnt; the car was totalloss. After hours of reparring he decided to find signal in the dessert for help and left us. We stayed in the hot car for 3 hours. Finally another car crossed our path and we signed for help. It were rangers of the park so luckely they stopped. We were brought to a kind of small basecamp. Then suddey another driver had ‘fixed’ the car and came to us with the car. The guide seriously wanted us to step in again. We refused, but the rangers supported him. Again we had no choise then enter the car. And ofcourse the car seemed to be not fixed yet after a couple of meters driving. We begged the guide to return to San Pedro but he refused. Though he turned to the basecamp. The rangers lent their car to bring us to the nearest by hostal that was driving a couple of hours. Suddenly the car started smoking. We got out and were super scared and stressed about the idea of being stucked again for ours. Luckely the motor cooled down and we got further. The whole day we were stucked in a broken car in a hot dessert being scared and tired. The next day came thank god another guide with another car. That was de first fun day and finally we could enjoy our trip. Unfortunately it was also the last day and we arrived at the final destination, Uyuni. There we went to the office of Atacama Mistica to inform them about our nightmare. They were not verry impressed and offerd 20 dollars. We explained the long journey and all its scary and uncomfortable events. Not to speak about the fact we have had a 1,5 daytour in stead of 3 days. They offerd 10 dollars more and didnt want to speak with us further. I asked the girl that was speaking in name of the agency if she could call her manager for me. She did, but the manager did not want to talk with us because he can no English. Then I asked for the English guy, but that was not possible. We were tired, sick and ruptured and decided to go. I never ever do this again.

Hicimos el tour astronómico. Tienen el telescopio más grande de San Pedro y los guías son muy amables y conocen bastante de astronomía. Recomendado 100%

Un amigo y yo reservamos la excursión a Uyuni en un día a la espera de que se apuntara al menos otro par de personas sabiendo que teníamos que estar de vuelta en San Pedro alrededor de las 19 horas ya que a esa hora nos recogía un transfer para llevarnos al aeropuerto. La persona que nos atendio nos aseguro que no habría problema en cuanto al horario por lo que nos despreocupamos en mirar más excursiones para ese día. El día anterior a la excursión nos llamaron para confirmar que la excursión quedaba armada y cuando por la tarde fuimos a proceder al pago nos indicaron que había que cambiar y adquirir pesos bolivianos. Cambiamos y cuando fuimos a pagar la excursión el gerente se echo para atrás sin motivo aparente dejándonos tirados, sin excursión y teniendo que volver a cambiar los pesos bolivianos. Intentamos razonar con él pero mientras que el empleado nos decía que en principio no debía haber problemas el jefe se negaba a hacer la excursión. Lo peor: el trato y las mentiras para justificar la cancelación de la excursión. Les daba igual que fuera el último día allí y que te dejaran tirados. No se la recomiendo a nadie. Deficiente servicio al cliente y lo peor es que se intentan justificar con mentiras...

Pésima experiencia en tours con la empresa. Nos vendieron un tour que todos sabían que no se iba a poder realizar por las condiciones climáticas, le pedimos la devolución de dinero a José Navarrete dueño de la agencia quien no lo hizo en el momento oportuno y cuando se le volvió a pedir fue bastante prepotente, sacando en cara que pa que le servían a el 60 Lucas si era prácticamente dueño de San Pedro. Lo único bueno la atención de la señora Sandra quien inmediatamente nos buscó solución.
