Econorent Car Rental

No nos dejaron arrendar un auto por el dia porque para ellos supone un riesgo prestarnoslo si tenian todo reservado para 1 mes mas, ademas de poner como excusa que debian mover todos los autos para pasarnos uno.

I am only giving one star because zero is not possible.- they gave us the wrong car for the road we were on so we got two flat tyres.- they rented us a car that had no spare tyres within 600km. So we missed out on 4 days of our holiday.- they sent a tow truck driver 7 hours to pick us up. On the way back we crashed, rolling 4 times and breaking my rib. They didn't message to see if we were ok.- they charged me for all the towing, tyres, and repairs without discussing cost or sending me a receipt.- they failed to provide the paperwork needed to drive the car to Puerto Natales where we were dropping the car off. We got stuck at customs and Econorent said it would be a week to get us the paperwork.- we could not drive more than 30km/h because we had the wrong car for the type of road so we missed events and I had a 115km hike that I did with a broken rib spitting blood as a direct result of their failing.- we returned the car to the airport and no one there knew anything about it. We were asked to wait there an hour so they could send someone.- Econorent have repeatedly taken money off my credit card without receipts, without contact nor explanation.I CAN CONFIDENTLY STATE THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENGAGED WITH, DO NOT TRUST YOUR HOLIDAY OR SAFETY TO THESE PEOPLE.
