Very bad. No towels. Dirty sheets, and at our request they changed them with other sheets, still dirty (or the same sheets). Breakfast for two: 3 slices of chees, 3 slices of ham, bread, tea and cofee. Very thin walls, very noisy(you can hear the cars, the neighbours, running water)

The host is very kind and helpful and she speaks English. She prepared breakfast for us earlier and kept our backpacks while we were in a trip. She helped us with finding a taxi. The room was huge and also the bathroom. Everything was clean and the room was well heated. We highly recommend it.

Las chicas que nos atendieron de ida y regreso son realmente un 7, muy amables, simpáticas y empáticas, con mucha disposición a ayudar, nos regalaron gases para nuestro circuito por el macizo Paine los que nos ayudó mucho para no pasarnos por P.A en su búsqueda. Rico desayuno, muy buenas instalaciones, excelente trato del personal... 100% recomendable

Adorable hotel, clean, comfortable. Owned and run by a really wonderful couple who are accommodating and kind. Great location to get around town. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Punta Arenas

Excelente estadía. Lo disfrutamos mucho, sus administradores son muy amables y atentos a todo siempre. Me encanto que estaba cerca de todo. Al llegar todo muy limpio, aunque el baño era compartido siempre estuvo muy limpio. La cocina contaba con todo lo necesario para cocinar si no querías salir a comer y el desayuno estaba bien. Sin duda una buena Hostal,para volver sin duda.

The hosts Gustavo and a younger lady were both phenomenal and extremely helpful. Free breakfast was good and they even accommodated for us needing to breakfast earlier because the penguin island tour started at 630. Rooms and washrooms were basic but clean.

Muy bueno, los encargados son muy amables y simpáticos, nos dieron consejos de que lugares visitar y donde comer. Habitaciones con calefacción, muy amplias, cómodas y limpias. Buen desayuno. Tiene buena ubicación. Los baños estan limpios pero las duchas son muy pequeñas. Recomendado!

Rynaike es un hostal maravilloso, sus piezas son muy acogedoras y Gustavo, el dueño y administrador de este te hace sentir muy cómoda en su hostal.Si bien queda más o menos alejado del centro, hay otro atractivo a la vuelta de la esquina que es el Mirador Cerro de la Cruz.

Friendly owners (spoke pretty good English) - they recommended some sights in the area and made a reservation for us at a restaurant. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good. WiFi was very good. Rooms were a bit small but clean. There was some road noise and noise from other rooms. Breakfast was continental but filling.

Es muy acogedor, hogareño y excelente disposición de las personas que atienden... Para ellos lo más importante son los turistas y se esmeran por darle la mejor atención, lugar limpio, ordenado, excelente desayuno... Totalmente recomendable...
