Asked for filters, the next day they said Whatsapp crashed had to resend info, it has been 2 day still waiting. Genpower and Eskom has a lot in common

Extremely disappointed with the service received from Genpower. Requested a standard service on my generator, once the supposed service was completed - the generator no longer working. After numerous site visits from Genpower and many hours of trying, the technicians through in the towel and disappeared. To date - no tel calls or apologies and the generator still not functioning properly.

It is seldom that one finds a service company so focused on their clients. Willie and Yolande are two amazing people who know their onions. No problem is too big or small for them to sit straight up and deal with it. Bad communication is the downfall of many companies, but Genpower continually gives feedback on all the requests until they have been completed, regardless of the time of day or night! Excellent service Genpower, keep it up!

They are not very helpful

When I bought my Honda Generator I knew I bought quality. It took nearly 4 weeks since I called u guys to move it from sellers house to mine, I even asked you to service my Generator which you quoted me and I happily paid for all. The installation guys did a very good job , but now that I Needed it for load shedding the problem arises.Surely you invoiced me for servicing my Generator but the very first time I used it after you it’s misfiring? They told me before delivering that everything is just fine and that it runs smooth? I would like to know if your smooth includes misfiring ? Can someone please help me?
